I went to see them for dental work. I expressed that I needed specific work done before a specific date because I was renewing my wedding vows. This place dropped the ball win every way. I hired another dentist last minute after I waited 60 days on these clowns. Horrible follow up. You can’t polish a turd and make it shine.

I think it’s safe to assume that no one likes dental visits. Who is a fan of having their mouth open for long periods of time and having metal picks jammed into their teeth? In my opinion, the best thing the dentist can do is to offer their patients a clean office, friendly staff, and outstanding service for you and your teeth. I believe Dental Elements and Dr. Jacob Meggison’s staff has all the above.
There are two things I check before trying a restaurant, shop, or doctor’s practice: check their website and research any online reviews. Dr. Meggison’s reviews are excellent on various websites — check. His practice has a thorough and updated website — check. I’d like to also point out that you can request an appointment and download the necessary forms in advance through the Dental Elements website. I very much appreciate that he keeps up with today’s online technology.
My appointment request consisted of an online appointment request and a staff member contacting me to verify a scheduled date/​time and insurance information. It was a very quick and simple process. Once I arrived to check in, I filled out my paperwork (because I forgot to print out the paperwork) and waited about 2 minutes until the dental hygienist, Pam, called me in. I have never experienced such a short and virtually non-​existent wait time during a visit to the dentist. Pam was a friendly lady who explained what would be conducted during my visit. Every question I had was answered with a thorough explanation as well.
Now sitting on the chair with a bright white light shining right in your face is not the most comfortable position to be in. Throughout my x-​ray, examination, and cleaning, I was very pleased at how easy going and friendly Pam was. It’s hard to eliminate the feeling of a cold and sterile environment that dental offices have. I mean how awkward is it to have a stranger looking at your teeth? The Dental Elements staff is really great at being hospitable. I had conversations and laughs with even with my mouth full of dental instruments. After the evaluation and cleaning, Dr. Meggison came by to conduct a final check as another form of reassurance that this was a thorough dental practice. I was quite amazed at the level of service they provided. Dr. Meggison himself is a young and friendly guy who knows what he is doing.
So after my experience, do I now like visiting the dentist? No, of course not. However, knowing that Dr. Meggison and his staff will be there to care for me and my pearly whites, I am now more at ease and my anxieties about seeing the dentist are now much less. Bravo to the Dental Elements staff and I will now make sure to get my cleaning done on a regular basis.

Best Dentist I’ve ever had. Period! He’s young, thorough, and has a great sense of humor. Definitely makes my Dentist-​phobias go away! Plus Tina the dental assistant is simply FAB.
I went in for a crown and a filling. Usually I hate going to the dentist, but with such caring and awesome staff, I actually look forward to my next visit. I’m a chatty Kathy so it’s nice to be able able to socialize with Dr. Meggison and the staff… cuz it definitely eliminated all my anxiety with going to the dentist. Hate needles in my mouth but what ever he did, he made it almost painless! He took his time and always reassured me that things were going well AND explained everything to me step by step.
Place is clean and all his instruments look brand spanking new! There’s a big screen TV in each room so it’s hard to get bored there :)
Tina the dental assistant is FAB. She’s by far my favorite of the assistants there. It’s cool to see assistants have a lot of autonomy. I think Dr. Meggison’s young age helps in terms of utilizing everyone better thus having great teamwork. Since he is young and not stuck in old practices as older dentists… he’s more open to having the assistants do more than other dentists’ offices with older dentists that have their assistants just on the back burner. Anyway, Tina was a hoot and super nice!
They’re very organized here and easy to make appointments. They make sure you are up to speed with education on how to care for your teeth afterwards. My teeth are in a whole lot better condition than before my first appoinyment! Can’t wait to come back!
P. S. first time patients get a free water bottle with straw, tooth brush, toothpaste, floss and coupons.
