100% satisfied customer! Our air conditioner went out Thursday evening and Ideal Air was giving us our bid for a whole new HVAC system (that we knew we were overdue in replacing) Friday afternoon, promising installation on Monday. Sterling even moved our AC unit outside because the dryer vent had been blowing into it — something the original installer didn’t realize 38 years ago, and the guy that replaced that unit 19 years ago missed — which explained the massive amount of lint always present in my laundry room. It hurts so much less to spend big dollars on something when you feel comfortable about the product, as well and the work that was done.
