Best pizza in the area. I highly recommend this very unassuming little place. We get take out once a week.

Sweetest owners. Everything is great. Bruschetta is fresh. Pizza is true east coast. Pastas are tasty and authentic. Best Italian sub in the city. Expect to wait for your food because it is made to order and worth it. You can taste the love they put into their food.

We had the baked ziti, salad and garlic bread! Delicious! The ziti was authentic Italian, served piping hot and cooked just right!

Pasta is cooked al-dente. They have gluten free options. No eggplant. Pasta sauces were a little salty. Their pizzas look great and they sell by the slice.

Only reason I am not giving four seasons five stars are: 1. To ensure this review is viewed as realistic; 2. The location and the name are not commensurate with the quality and artistry of the pizza. Kansas City is starting to come into its own with Pizza. While we are not New York, Providence, Chicago or even parts of the East Bay in California, we are starting to enrich our town with quality pizza. Four Seasons, a suburban strip center slice and pie locale, knows how to present and produce a New York style pie. We had a large ½ cheese and ½ pepperoni which evoked the«coke and a slice» atmosphere found in NYC and Jersey. While not outstanding, the mixed pie was east coast good and had a typical NY crust — not too thick with an invitation to fold over. The five star pie was the white pizza with spinach, garlic and ricotta. It was rich and awesome but not too dense. And asking for the pizza and crust«well done» created a great complement of the crust not being outdone by the toppings. Is it worth the trip«west» to 78th and Quivira? ABSOLUTELY. The owner, a native Sicilian, cares about his customers and his pies and will create an authentic Sicilian square crust pizza or NY round pie. Do I wish Four Seasons would adopt a better, higher traffic location? Yes. No matter. We will be back for this new, wonderful find.

I’ve been here on two occasions. The first time, we ordered a slice, and an order of meat ravioli(the dinner portion). The slice(huge slices, btw) was one of the slices they keep ready, but they tossed it in the oven for a bit to warm it, which was nice. It was tasty enough, that I was interested in ordering a «fresh» pizza in the future. The ravioli was also very good. The second time I stopped by, I ordered a whole pizza. I’m glad I did. While the slice from my first visit was good, this pizza was pretty stellar. I’ll certainly be back.

The pizza is really good. Not too many places in KC where you can get a slice of NYC pie. Salads are good, and so was the Gyro’s. Have to go back as the pastas looked scrumptious and enormous. Ordered the Four Season dessert. Who knew Nutella could be this good?

Wow. Nice find. Intimate. Casual. Super friendly Fantastic pizza. Calzones. And chicken parmigiana. You won’t be disappointed. Oh. And you have to get the cannoli and tiramisu after. Incredible

We came here to watch the beginning of the Royals games a couple times, while enjoying a bite to eat. I’ve also ordered a pizza to go. The food is fresh and delicious. Their Greek salad is a good size with lots of ingredients. Their pizza doesn’t make you feel like crap, and their calzones are so flavorful. Love the crust. This place is legit. I often hear everyone in the back speaking in Italian. I liked watching sports here rather than a bar because it was never packed and more of a family atmosphere. As a mom, I appreciate that. Of course, they close earlier than bars, but I don’t mind. They don’t serve alcohol, but they made sure to tell me that I am welcome to bring myself a beer or a bottle of wine — bonus! It’s also very affordable.

Born and raised in New York. I moved out here 5 years ago and have been searching all over for a pizza place that somewhat resembles what I could get back there. Finally, I’ve found it. Not only is it the best pizza I’ve had since I’ve lived here, it is quite possibly the best I’ve ever had. The calzones are amazing, Sicilian pie is awesome and just a regular cheese slice is like being back in NY. Highly recommended!

This place is the best! Everything I’ve had on their menu taste great, they make everything fresh all the time. The restaurant is kind of hidden but it’s definitely a must try if your looking for something new. The owner is really nice and friendly as well as the rest of his staff.

I just moved to Merriam a few weeks ago, so I’m still getting to know the area. That also means I hadn’t found«my» pizza place yet. Well, I have to say, Four Seasons really surprised me! I called ahead on a Sunday around 5pm and ordered a medium cheese pizza, a cheesesteak, and a pair of cannolis. The wait was 25 minutes for pickup, so I headed out the door in time for my order. When I got there, there were 2 parties ahead of me. One was a family who took a few minutes to order, and one was another pickup. I waited in line around 7 minutes. By the time I got to the front of the line, there were at least 4 parties behind me in line. There were only two people working. As I waited for my order to be gathered, the man working, who was really the chef, informed the people in line that there was going to be a wait, and proceeded to take orders. He could have just as easily continued to make his pizzas, but he took the initiative to really show an extra level of customer service. I heard him say he’s never seen it like this on a Sunday, and I could tell he was stressed. However, I think he handled it extremely well and showed his customers that he really cares. Well anyway, onto the food. My cheesesteak was pretty good, not great. It wouldn’t make it in Philly, but it’s above average for Kansas City. The bread was firm enough, it comes with provolone cheese, which is a plus, but the meat was a bit tough. I would order it again, it just wasn’t the best I’ve had in KC. However, the pizza was amazing. It might just be the best I’ve had in KC. The crust was perfectly chewy, the sauce and cheese ratio was balanced, and the seasoning was flawless. And the surprise of the night: awesome cannolis! My boyfriend and I agreed that they were the best cannolis we’ve had outside of Philadelphia. Four Seasons is a gem in the KC area. I highly suggest you visit ASAP!

I enjoyed the pizza slice, side salad, and drink lunch special($ 6.95). The side salad included my choice of three toppings, and choice of dressing. My «everything counts» pizza slice was ready in about five minutes. It had plenty of toppings, plenty of flavor, and a delicious thin crust, without being greasy. The service was friendly, and the dining area was clean. Nicely done!

This place serves high quality, authentic food. Pizza is delicious– crust is hand tossed and wood-fired, giving it a nice crisp and chew. We also tried a pizza roll that was delicious. Desserts are great too.

Pizza is great. Wish this place was in a more traveled area so they had more traffic in and put the door. The bruschetta is a must try. You can tell it is made fresh. This place is a must try!

I am not a regular correspondent on Unilocal(or any social media for that matter)(get off my lawn!!!) but really want to give this restaurant a bump. Four Season’s pizza is among the very best in the KC metro. The crust is perfection itself, not overly thick but yet not paper thin… very reminiscent of the finest you would find in New York. The toppings are of the highest quality and generous; the sauce is sublime. The medium size is nearly the size as many large pies from other pizzerias. Were Four Season’s located in Crossroads or Mission or the 135th Street corridors there would be lines around the block and two hour waits for carry out for these piazzas. But alas, the lonely strip mall at 78th and Quivera is not the most inviting location and I fear that this may be an deterrent to some. Overcome any geographic apprehensions and try this pizza!!!

Glad to see smaller business owners doing well in my town! The stromboli and white pizza were both good but when I go back I’m trying the lasagne or more pasta. My wife had spaghetti with shrimp scampi… tried it… I wanted to eat it all. Also a big yes to their tiramisu.

Absolutely, without a doubt, hands down, lights out… the BEST authentic Italian, gem restaurant. Our family decided to give this place a chance for Valentines Day and it was the best decision we could have made. Everyone in line was raving about the food. One woman swore by the after effects of the cannoli. I ordered the Italian Sub and my hubby ordered the Sicilian pizza. The sub was the perfect crunch fresh tasting bread with perfect balance of delicious Italian meats. I didn’t speak until it was gone. My husbands pizza was so amazing I also ate two pieces! It was perfectly layered with just the right amount of sauce and toppings and the bread… There’s just something sensual about the bread. Then… came…dessert… I of course ordered the cannoli… how else do you judge good Italian food? Leave the gun… Take the cannoli… And my husband and son ordered the Four Seasons … Nutella… marshmallow…and the bread… Need I say more? Rhetorical… I’ve been around… At least with how many cannolis I have endured… nothing holds a candle to how I felt after my first bite. If you can’t feel when you eat… why eat? I dare you to try it … And tell me you didn’t feel.

We rolled in here on a Friday night with 5 of us looking to carbo load before our half/full marathons the next day. This place was decently priced, had good reviews, and was nearby so why not! Being a Friday night, the inside had maybe 6 people when we arrived and maxed out at maybe 12 people– although we noticed they had a ton of takeout orders so that’s always a good sign. They had actual Italian people working here which is also a great sign. The food here was good… not remarkable… and pretty cheap, too. Pizza by the slice was $ 2.50-$ 3/each and I got a pasta bolognese for about $ 7. After the pasta bolognese(which tasted like an authentic pasta bolognese with carrots, red wine and all) I was still hungry and ordered a slice of pizza AND some tiramisu. The tiramisu was only $ 3.50/slice which is relatively cheap compared to other places. So for about $ 13 I got a complete meal and carbo loaded plenty before my race. The only downside is that the service seemed extremely disorganized. One person in our party got her food far sooner than everyone else and was practically finished by the time our food arrived(although we all ordered relatively the same time). So in summary… Food 4.5 stars Service 3.5 stars Value 5 stars Great pizza joint to take your family to since it’s cheap and tasty. If we’re in KC and need a quick bite, we will definitely be back!
