Worst Marriott front desk staff I’ve ever encountered. They checked me in under the wrong name(despite giving 3 forms or id/credit card/marriott rewards card), they did not provide any of the wake up calls I scheduled, and they charged me for data services that I get for free(platinum status). The only saving grace was a good bartender!

Stayed here a Tuesday-Thursday and during my stay they had very bad weather. In fact so bad that the hotel lost power for hours! I ordered food at the Starbucks located in the lobby but they lost power before they could finish cooking. There was a very pleasant young lady named Tamier who was working there and was more than accommodating/apologetic about the situation. She reimbursed the meal and even offered to stay to cook in case the power came back on. Tamier really helped out the best she could! Thank you so much!!! I will gladly stay here again and hope to see her again!!!

You can hear everything through the walls and ceiling. I stay at many Marriott properties and this hotel is the worst. Late night and early morning I heard foot steps above and the water being turned on and off from the rooms nearby. Also, I found the check in experience to be poor and inconsistent with the Marriott brand. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Clean and fairly new, this hotel is not co-located with any area attractions. However, it’s close to the freeway so you’re only a few minutes from the sports complex on Parallel Parkway(to the North) and the Olathe malls(to the South).(That’s pronounced Oh-la-th, A) You’re back far enough that you shouldn’t hear too much noise from the freeway, which is nice. And there’s a little shopping center with restaurants and a liquor store just across the freeway. If you’re an Elite Rewards member, this is a nice place to stay, but it’s not a full-Marriott. No bellman, no room-service, no concierge lounge. That said, it’s probably much less expensive than the higher categories. If we come back, for another family function or just for a soccer game, I would stay here again.

If you find yourself at Barley’s Brewhaus and in need of a hotel after midnight on a Monday, this is an excellent choice.

A great Courtyard. Granted it’s in the middle of absolutely no where, with hardly any signs of life nearby except a steakhouse in front. Then again… lodging…cable…internet…steak…what else do you really need? This Courtyard seemed fairly new and the rooms were fabulous. Very spacious and had a top notch feel to it. Each room had a fridge and a microwave so make it almost like a suite. The bathrooms were new and very spacious. All amenities are the same as all courtyards. A very good selection in the marketplace, A very large pool and hot tub, a small but serviceable gym, and a large restaurant that serves breakfast only. While I don’t think many of you plan on being in the Lenexa or Shawnee area of Kansas, but if your business travels take you there, this is a fine place to stay on the company dime.
