I have been an extremely satisfied customer since 1999. I have purchase three new vehicles and two used vehicles, and had everyone serviced by them. I would not take it anywhere else if possible.

I would never do business with Buss again. I brought my Chevrolet pickup in for a warranty repair. When I picked up my vehicle they asked me to sign the bill at the bottom and then told me I owed $ 40 for a repair they did that I didn’t authorize. I told them that I didn’t authorize the service and they said that I had when I signed the receipt. I did not authorize the service before they did it. I was also there once to return a U-​Haul vehicle that a friend had rented to move from Milwaukee. The owner of Buss was the person that was doing the return. He asked my friend «Why the hell would you want to move to Shawano from Milwaukee» That is a quote. I also had problems with the paint peeling from my Chevy truck, and they would not cover it under warranty. I had to bring my truck to a dealer in Green Bay to have the repairs done because Buss refused. I’m a big fan of supporting local business, but they will never get mine.
