Very good honey bourbon chicken and clean salad bar. Our waiter, Patrick, was attentive and awesome.

Actually haven’t been to a Ruby Tuesday’s in years after horrible service but this one is nothing like ones I’ve been to before. Seated quickly and great service. Friendly staff from the host to the servers to the bartenders. Food was good and came out quick too. Would recommend this location.

I tried this place again, and wow it has changed in the last couple years. The service is fast, and the portion size of the entrees are good. The pricing isn’t too bad either. The salad bar has a wide variety of different veggies and salads which I love. I ordered the bourbon glazed pork chop, it was so moist I literally could cut it with my fork. AMAZING. The mac and cheese is the BOMB!!! and I’m picky about my mac and cheese! My mash taters were really good also. I have been there 2 times since my visit at the hotel next to restaurant. I would definitely go back for sure. The only one thing I would have to say is that they have way to many employees when it’s completely dead and it was unprofessional for the employees to linger and sit at the bar and the tables just sitting there. Otherwise, it was a nice chain place to eat.

Food is always good here. One comment, I came in to get a carryout and the kitchen is open and there was a cook with longer, thicker hair, not pulled back and not in a hair net. All I could think about was hair in the food. Its only sanitary to have cooks with long hair to be pulled back, especially if all the guests can see him.

I came in one day because the traffic on 75 was horrible, Unilocal showed me local places to eat. I wanted some place that would have a playground or a drive up. This place seems dark on the outside but that is due to the location. Once inside the place was clean and staff friendly. The salad bar was clean(I was inside before 6pm) The waitress/waiter were nice and explained the menu and what the special was. Food was pleasant tasting. Drinks were good. Restrooms were clean. Overall I would recommend this place. When the crowd got larger the store manager helped out and passed out free biscuits

This is my favorite, everyday restaurant and this one is my favorite location because of the excellent manager, Mary. I love the vegetables, the salad bar, and the overall quality of the meats. This location has a well-trained wait staff, good bartenders, and it’s clean and friendly. Feels like home!

Sometimes you forget RT is around, but lately we have been going here for a quick and FRESH dinner. The Prime Burger is excellent, cooked to order and really tasty. Salad bar is always a winner and the ingredients there are fresh, too. All the veggies and toppings are kept up and the bar is clean. Probably a few more fruit selections would be nice, but no complaints because the pumpernickel croutons make up for any transgressions. .. .. . Then of course the little, baby cheddar biscuits. Yum and gone. Don’t bring any more b/c I will have to make them disappear, too! So this place is nice, friendly and clean. If you are staying nearby, it’s a safe, easy stop and if you live nearby why not support your local RT? And it’s easy on the pocketbook!

I normally really enjoy Ruby Tuesday. The salad bar and biscuits are fantastic. I came to this location thinking I would have a quick burger and salad bar. Quick didn’t seem to be in this restaurant’s vocabulary. I had to send back my burger three times due to issues. The fourth one(once I got it) was very tasty. The surprising part is after the second error, I asked to speak with the manager. When she brought the third one, she asked me to check for errors(which they made again). I probably would have given a 1 star based on this experience, but they did get a bump to 2-stars because the server didn’t even bother to bring a check and told me my meal was comped.

I’m not ashamed to say I frequent this place for lunch a lot. It’s close to work and always has seating. I typically just get the salad bar. It’s good and reminds me of college. Even when they’re busy they keep it neat and stocked so I can’t complain. Other food is ok. The soups are standard and I would assume the other other entrees are typical chain restaurants. The biscuits on the other hand are little red lobster things of deliciousness. I’m not mad they’re so small. It keeps me from eating too many ;).

Meh. I’ve experienced better. No, really, I’ve experienced better. Everyone rants and raves about the salad bar at this place. Their commercial even advertises over 30 ingredients at the salad bar. Um… I don’t know about 30 ingredients. That seemed to be a stretch. The unlimited salad bar is $ 8.99. Here’s the thing, the plates are so small(think saucer sized) that you kind of have no choice to go back for seconds making you feel like you’re getting your money’s worth when really, two plates equal the size of an entrée’ sized salad. Mind tricks! Not the greatest place I’ve ever eaten but certainly not the worst. I’d eat there again but it wouldn’t be my first choice.

If you like a salad bar, this one is well above the one at Frisch’s in food quality. The salad dressings appear freshly made and I can speak for the balsamic vinaigrette and the ranch as being excellent. The shrimp fondue appetizer is a standout and well worth the added expense. The grilled salmon is a generous cut which was seasoned and cooked to perfection. Nice atmosphere and clean.

I’ve eaten here many times during business trips to the area(primarily because it’s convenient to my hotel.) Service is always great, pricepoints have value, and the seafood is above average. Crabcakes are some of the best outside of Maryland(with that said, they are still not even close to the quality of a Maryland cake.) Steaks are average. Salad bar is great but the pricepoint leaves no value for the salads(I think it’s $ 7.99; if they’d put some hot food.. . or even soup on it there would be some value.) In the past they stocked some great wine selections, but I’ve heard that they are closing out some of the better selections that they once carried. Also, they did carry Dogfish Head IPA; recently they ran out & I’m not sure if they intend to restock. Overall a great, convenient place if you’re staying at the Sharonville hotels. It’d be nice if they would add some better steaks(filet mignon, currently they only offer sirloin) and re-evaluate the decision to 86 their better wines and brews.

This place is close to where I live/work and while the servers there are nice, the food in marginal at best. That is all. . . . . Did I mention if you love sodium then this might be the place for you.

Its a chain, yes, but a nice staff and quick with the to-go orders! I have stayed at the Drury Inn several time which is next to this Ruby Tuesday’s and so this is my go-to dining option after a long day. Lots of grill type options and they are always quick with the to-go orders. No more than 15m wait and they will bring it out to your car! Nice bar area too if you want to go in and relax.
