First time using a storage unit. James R. reasurred me that my belongings will be safe and secured at all times and James customer service was great. I have since referred some family and friends to this storage place. If any reason I need to use storage again I will use this public storage. The prices are reasonable and property is well maintained. Look no where else go see James here at the Sharonville location! Promise you would not be disappointed!

Just moved out of my first storage unit of my life. This place is simply outstanding! James gave me the best customer service EVER! Don’t go anywhere else for storage! I will never go anywhere else for any future storage needs!
Place was very clean, pricing was fair, several convenient ways to pay the bill, and they will pro-rate the first 6 days of the month if u just need a few more days to get your stuff out.
