I LOVE this place. They have the best wings, always have gotten friendly quick service. I don’t waste my time on any one else’s wings because I know these cant be beat.

The wings are so good here they need to get 4 stars… despite the service. The first time we came here, we had awesome service because Geno waited on us. Super friendly, really fast, awesome wings — love that you can split your order to get more than one sauce. Every time we’ve been back and had other servers, the wings have been consistently good (the Kenny V’s are my fav, the garlic fries great, sandwiches just ok), but the service pretty bad. One time, the wait was over an hour and there were only four people in the bar. I understand there are take out orders, but the server just plain did NOT go into the kitchen to check on the food, when we could see there was a TON of food lined up ready to go out to customers. The servers seem to be more focused on making drinks at the bar than doing quick tasks that would speed up the process. One time, we went up to the bar and asked for a menu. The server, rather than just handing it to us, said she would «bring it right over» to us. We actually watched her serve 8 other people drinks at the bar, then go clean off a couple tables before she came over and asked what we wanted — not even realizing she never even gave us the menu we asked for. If they can train the servers, we will never hesitate to come here for the great wings.

LOVED IT! Best wings I’ve ever had. Quality was outstanding, service was great, and the costs were VERY reasonable. Don’t worry about what the outside of the building looks like, it’s nice inside and the food/​service were fantastic!

Wings are amazing! Service is prompt and friendly as well. Some good beers on tap and good prices.

Our Gang has the best wings in the area by far. I will make the trip from Youngstown’s Westside just to get these delicious wings and enjoy the friendly atmosphere and great service.

Love the wings. The flavors are unique and always delicious. Sometimes the service is slow but it is a smaller business with a lot of patrons. If you are looking for some of the best wings around, it is worth the wait.

A year later not much has changed. The service is still horrible. They just cant seem to handle large crowds. The last time I was there my mom and I ordered the garlic fries. We got them almost 25min later and they were literally drenched in this garlicy sauce. It was completely unedible. Our waiter walked past us a few times, stopping to talk to friends, and wait on other tables, we literally had to flag him down to get his attention. The wings were good but took forever to get.

A large group from work would meet here every Friday night for wings, beer, camaraderie and listen to Mike «Slammin’ Jammin» Hammond DJ! A great place for a group of friends to hang out, listen to good music and have a great time.

Stopped in a little scared of the service (read reviews) but totally intrigued by the wings…

My girl and I stumbled in here looking for something different, and loving the «dive bar» vibe!
The service was tops, the food was crazy good and VERY unique if you dare to step out of the norm… and the place was NOT «divey» AT ALL!
This is a now a regular hangout for us and whoever we can bring with us!
In short, if you’re reading this review, and you’re close enough to drive here, GET HERE!

Awesome wings and great customer service! We crave these from a long distance, and they were super-​accommodating and helpful in preparing the order to go. It is hard to not eat them right away (smells too good!) but they re-​heat excellently. End result: very happy bellies! Thanks again!

I split my rating into 2 categories, Food and Service.
As for the food, amazing as always. The wings, in which I’ve tried the OMG’s, Heaven, and I believe the No-Jokes…and they were all amazing. First time I had the wings, they were sort of cold and we waited quite awhile for them to be done. The wings were smaller than I thought they would be but good all the same. Even cold they were delicious. And I agree with the other reviews about them being better than Quaker Steaks. I just love them! I also love the fact that there is ALWAYS extra sauce in the basket. I love being able to dip my wings in extra sauce if I please. I’ve also had a burger which wasn’t bad either, but keep in mind you may need to ask for LTO on the side because it may not come with it. I’ve had the onion rings here too which are VERY large and were cooked just right! The food I’ve tried overall is amazing and will keep me coming back every time.
The drinks are also pretty good. I’ve tried some of the specialty drinks including the Orange Creamsicle (which I now get every time I visit) the Summer Fling (another drink I now always get when visiting) and I’ve had a few sips of a Cherry drink that was pretty great too. I wish they had a bigger list for people like me who are alcoholic newbies looking for good drinks to try. Also, try to go up to the bar (if you aren’t already sitting there) to ask for drinks. Most of the time, they are low on staff and have a hard time catering to each person at the bar and each person at the tables in a reasonable amount of time. I try to be as patient as possible and get a seat either at the bar or very close to it. Don’t be shy to call someone over, or its possible you may not get someone for awhile. I’m sure that this will change in the future.
I’ve been here a few times and the time you get there is VERY important. When it gets busy, you want to avoid sitting in the back room. Service is almost non-​existant because of the many people at the bar and tables in the front, depending on the time of day. I’ve had days where I get in and get out very quickly. Other days I’ve had to sit there for increments of anywhere from 20 to 45 minutes waiting for service to cater to me, which is understandable on busy days, but at the same time, its also hard for the bartenders to see the people in the back room. Though the bartenders don’t know me, they are very friendly and outgoing so that is always a big bonus with bars. Nothing out of the ordinary has happened there, problem wise. Just very busy. Was hoping to go out tonight for St. Patricks day and I know if I do I’ll be in for a crazy night!
Overall, the place is great. And good service or bad service I will always wait for the food!

We went late lunch so it was not busy and the service was great. Wings were the best we have had and there were enough bacon/​cheese fries to feed several people.
Will certainly be adding this to our must go back list.

I had to go in and edit my review. I had this place rated at 5 stars, but as much as I hate to do it… my last few experiences here have not been good. I really think to be fair you have rate this place in 2 categories…1 for the wings & 2 for the service and experience.
1^st the wings… the wings have been really good as usual, but I’ve had 1 time where my wings were cold/​luke warm and another time I got the wrong amount of wings. However. flavor was good and I still think they have the best wings in the area, but consistancy seems to have dropped.
2^nd.service and at experience… the place has really failed to deliver. 1 time we went in on a friday at 5pm… sat for 20 minutes at a table and no one came over to ask us if we wanted a drink or said hello. we left without ordering food or drinks. Just this evening we went in at 700 pm. maybe 3 tables and 7 people at the bar… ordered drinks… sampler app and some wings… waited 45 minutes to get the sampler. and the wings came out 20 minutes later… only had 2 drinks during this time because thats all the drinks we could get… I know places get busy, but when or if the kitchen is backed up for an hour… you should probably let people know BEFORE you order… Letting people just sit and wait to me is just not the right thing to do. I used to enjoy coming to this place and would tell people it was really a great place to go. After this last experience… I feel like something has changed and not for the good. What seems to be even more upsetting is no one in the place seems to really care… Sad to see.
my wife and I really miss Adrienne… If she comes back… I think I’ll give this place another try… but moving forward… its going to have to be wings to go…

I was too modest to eat wings in public, until I met Our Gang’s. Self-​consciousness out the window, enjoy the best wings around! Wing flavors (and variety) are a major plus, but the quality of the wing itself is also a big winner for me. And friendly tenders/​owners make it a great experience.

Holy CRAP… the wings here are soooo good!
They are big and meaty, and I actually think they are better than the world-​famous Quaker Steak and Lube, which is only about a mile away from Our Gang. And although Quaker Steak has won several national wing contests, Our Gang has beaten Quaker Steak in several local wing contests in a row.
The place is small, in a good way. Very good, friendly vibe. However, it can get quite busy at dinner and happy hour times. The beer is cheap, and the food is cheap and really good. Wings are big & meaty.
I can’t wait to go back here. Soon.
