Everwood Day Camp

On the last day of summer camp, I asked my daughter if she wanted to return to Everwood the following year, she screamed out a big «YES» without any hesitation.

This was rated one of the top 5 summer day camps in MA by Boston Parent, and I can totally understand why.
Counselors are spirited and helpful. Things are run very efficiently for parents (drop-​off and pick-​up lanes, lunches that can be ordered online, bus transportation included in fee) — but it’s clearly an amazing day camp for kids and everything is planned to be super fun.
There are lots of fun activities like the water obstacle course on the lake, gaga ball outside, hiking, water and field sports, etc. There is a theme calendar that you bring home with fun things listed everyday like Wild West Day and Superhero Day (folks come dressed up), watermelon eating contests, jello tug-​of-​war, canned food drive day, etc.
The parent portal is wonderful, where they post forms, billing info, photos of camp fun, etc. They are also good at sending emails to communicate to the different camp groups, as well as to parents related to their child’s day at camp.
My 5 year old has made lots of friends in his first couple of weeks here, and many of the parents I’ve talked to have sent their children to Everwood for the previous summers. I’m a big fan of this camp, and plan to signing up my son for next year as well.
