The Addison Apartment

I have lived in a lot of Apartments and come across many landlords.
I have to say the team at Addison are the most refreshing and professional group I have come across thus far. Their professionalism is outstanding. This is a quality company which actually cares about the tenants and keeps the grounds and building in top condition.
I just came out of a terrible living situation and from the worst property management company and it is like night and day. I would recommend them to anyone.

Horrible building to live in the construction is so poor that you can hear every step your upstairs neighbors take not to mention our upstairs neighbors were especially noisy after I talked to them about the stomping because the initial manager advised us to speak with them ourselves what a lot of good that did… on top of that they did not warn us when we moved in that there was going to be another apartment building built right across the street from our apartment so for 6 long months we have been listening to construction it was especially bad the first five months when I worked overnights and had to try and sleep during the day… They didn’t even compensate with any apology or rent deduction… In short this place was a nightmare to live in…

For all the positives about this location you will be surprised and disappointed if you choose to live here. I lived here a year and I can honestly say I would have rather lived with my mother-​in-​law. We were lied to from the beginning, changes were made to the lease without notice and charges were racked up that were deceitful. They lied to our face and did not care the least about what harm they might be doing to us. Absolutely the worst rental experience of my life!
