Logged onto the website and requested an apt to get my cracked iPhone fixed. Immediately got a txt msg: your concierge will reach our shortly.
An hour later another txt msg: all techs in your area are busy but someone will call you as soon as they can. But call this # to schedule an apt. So o called, on hold form 15 mins and then the system says «we r busy please call back later».
3 hours later and still radio silence.

Just got home from a pleasant visit to a coffee shop, where Gretchen repaired my daughter’s iPhone. She knows exactly what she’s doing, follows a detailed checklist, and understands the function of every component involved in the repair. She’s also a friendly and smart conversationalist, which made the entire process more like a social meeting than a commercial transaction. The price was fair, too. Not only would I recommend Gretchen and iCracked to others who need iPhone repair, I will.
