This Best Buy store isn’t very old. It is a decent size. The staff seem friendly and helpful. I have gone in a few times just to pick the brain of the Samsung experts there. I have some Samsung gadgets like my phone that I have questions about from time to time. They are pretty good at helping me out with my techy questions. This location is near my work so when I stop in, it is at lunch time and I am normally in and out fairly quickly. I haven’t spent excessive time there like I do the one close to home and stopping with my wife. Sometimes I need to get my inner geek on and that is best without my non-technical wife in tow asking when we are going to be done. :)

Fantastic customer service. Employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. I have been shopping at this location for several years, and I have been taken care of every time. Definitely one of the better Best Buys out of the bunch in Minnesota.

I wanted to support Best Buy because it’s local(Minnesota), but I never seem to have a real positive experience when I shop at this, or any, Best Buy. Last year, based off online research, I knew exactly what Macbook I wanted. I walked into Best Buy, strolled right up to the exact Macbook I wanted to buy, and waited there for 20 minutes. I had to walk up to the customer service desk and tell them I’m interested in buying something to get help. I can’t just grab a new Macbook and take it to the register. Same Best Buy, but just the other day. I went in looking for a new TV. Our TV died(RIP) and I wanted to pick one up ASAP. Best Buy was my first stop. I walked right in, went to the televisions, and not a single person asked if I had a question. Again, I was there for about 20 minutes, ready to pull the trigger on a new TV. This time I didn’t go to the customer service desk and went across the street to buy.

My boyfriend & I had some time to kill so we decided to stop by before heading to seafood night at mystic lake. I googled this place to GPS it and noticed it had 2.5 stars out of 5. I laughed it off and said«We’ll just have to wait and see for ourselves!» When we arrived, we already had a bad impression of the place. This building is TINY compared to the Walmart & SAMs club on the opposite side. As we walked in, we were not greeted by the person by the door. He just looked at us. As we continued to walk through the store we found it to be pretty empty and boring. The workers avoided taking to us and were busy talking to each other. Only one worker looked interested in us and help direct us to the iPad Air covers. We purposely walked passed a few workers and they just looked at us. As we walked out, the same guy didn’t say anything to us. Oh well! That’s why we didn’t buy anything anyways! The reviews found on Google were absolutely right!

I went in to upgrade my verizon phone there were 3 people working in the cellular department not a single one acknowledge me or offered to help me in 20 minutes I was waiting there. Only person to acknowledge me was the greeter at the door. I will take my business elsewhere!
