Shadow Hills Hair Salon

I am so grateful I received a referral to come here. My daughter and I absolutely love Michaela. She took the time to consult to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Michaela is very knowledgeable and gave us great feedback during our consultation not to mention some great recommendations on some fabulous products. Will definitely be making Shadow Hills Hair Salon our regular place.

BEST hair experience i’ve ever had.
I left a message before the salon opened this morning and Paula called me back right away. I was able to get an appointment this afternoon with Michaela for highlights and a cut. She was ready for me the minute I walked in and she got it done in a little less than an one and a half hours.
I have never had a stylist who is equally great with color AND cut but Michaela listened to what I wanted and she gave me the best color and cut I think I’ve ever had — for $ 30 less than the last place I went to. I LOVE IT. And the frosting on the cake is that Paula and Michaela are super nice people. The salon is cozy and comfortable — no hoity toity attitude here. This is the salon I’ve been looking for — wish I would have found it sooner!

Paula is the BEST in her field!!! I moved from Burbank to Phoenix, AZ and REFUSE to go to anyone else but Paula for my hair! I make special trips, just to make hair appointments with her! (That’s a 7 hour drive, one way,… btw!)
I love the fact that I can go to her and say, «do it however you want», and people have many complements when they see what she has done. The cut, the color and styles are always so fun!

Also… I have a couple friends that want to take the «road trip» with me, and have their hair done, next time!!!

I am moving and I know I won’t find a salon as great as this one. Paula is a gem and the salon has an intimate feel not like one of those «hair factory» type salon’s where patron’s are hurried through. The INOA color was the best thing that has happened to my hair. No longer dry or itchy after a color. My hair health has improved 100% since I came here. You won’t be disappointed.

I drove by this place dozens of times on my way from Sunland to Burbank. Was despairing of ever finding a reasonable place for hairand makeup for engagement pictures, so I took a chance and left a message at Shadow Hills Salon.
I didn’t know how much that phone call would pay off. Michaela did such an awesome job and everyone loved my hair and especially makeup in the pictures. I did too, so I booked her for my wedding. It was a month and a half ago, and I’m still getting compliments! Best of all, she is super sweet, very professional and reasonable prices.
If the rest of the salon is like this, Shadow Hills has quite a gem. Beats the pricey, pretentious place I used to go in Glendale — I’d pick Shadow Hills Salon over them any day.
Almost forgot — I actually joined Unilocal so I could write this review. Other brides should know about this place!
