Doctors OK, but scheduling is terrible. Waited with 92 yr old mother for 2 hrs after scheduled appointment. Others in waiting room said that is normal for this practice. We would have left but mother on walker and difficult to get there.

I don’t know if the doctors are any good. Never got to see them. Over a 2 hour wait, several people left complaining about the wait and a few more complained after I asked for my money back saying they had been waiting longer than me. The office manager said I should consider that the doctors are surgeons and they were really busy, Uh, so my time isn’t important? According to some reviews I’ve read, a wait could be 10 minutes or 3 hours. Not worth it, sorry! Maybe in Pittsburgh people tolerate this but this practice wouldn’t survive in a progressive city. Never coming back!
