So good and fresh! My husband and I were delighted with our sushi. I picked it up to save time but still had to wait, I wasn’t in a rush so I didn’t mind and had a heads up from other reviewers. Got home and was so happy with my Pink Girl Roll, it was fresh and yummy-​loved it! I also had Boom Boom Shrimp which was great also. My husband was pleased with his sushi also. Will be ordering again soon!

Tried this place because we were in the mood for sushi and had a Grubhub coupon. Not many Grubhub locations in my area for sushi, but this one was on the list and seemed to get good reviews. We ordered takeout, so I can’t speak for the service in house, but the girl at the front desk was really nice.
I ordered a seaweed salad and 3 sushi rolls (none of the special rolls, just your standard Eel Cucumber, California — free with $ 25 takeout purchase, and Philadelphia rolls), and my boyfriend ordered the chicken hibachi dinner. The seaweed salad was definitely one of the bigger ones that I’ve gotten from a restaurant before, and the rolls were perfect. My boyfriend’s hibachi dinner came with some shrimp as a bonus and he said the vegetables were really good. He ended up eating half of his for lunch today because it was so much food.
Delicious sushi and hibachi for two for under $ 30? Can’t beat that! We will be back!

This is my favorite sushi place. I love sushi and have tried almost every other sushi place within driving distance and nothing compares. The food is so fresh and the staff is so nice. On the rare chance that there is any mix up in the order, they are super fast at correcting the order. They also offer a card that allows you to get 10 $ off when you fill the card with stamps. The card is free! I definitely recommend this place for any sushi lover!

Our first dine-​in service for T.T. and we of course got the awesome Lo-​Mein noodles for my two toddlers. They are picky picky eaters but they destroyed this dish! The chicken they use in the Lo-​mEin dish was delectable-​I stole a few pieces. There is NOT a lot of oil and it’s seasoned to perfection. Meanwhile, my husband and I had the sashimi boat and it was so fresh and good. Definitely will be back. Salmon and everything was great-​we usually get take out from them but this was so cozy to finally come in. They do not have booster seats for the toddlers but they have hi-​chairs. TT is On point! PS. This is BYOB as well.

I ordered the philly, salmon avocado and tuna avocado roll the other day. Surprised to see the big chunks of salmon and tuna in every pieces of sushi roll! What’s more, the fish is fresh! A really great big deal for my sushi day! Highly recommended!

Place is clean and sushi is consistent over 10x eating there, mostly take out. Usual fare is tuna & salmon sushi, plus the Real Crab Roll and an avocado roll.
Prices are reasonable… one would NOT want discount sushi… and portions are good.

Not that impressed. Average quality General Tso, Teriyaki Chicken, vegetable tempura. Monster roll and explosion were ok. Sorry, was hoping for more…

I tried to order food and was told I was too far, on the website it says that it’s 2.5 miles away. If I would have ordered more food from them instead of my small $ 25.00 order they would have delivered. Get bent! ZERO STARS!!!

This place has great sushi. So many good special roll options. We have had a few of them and they’ve all been good so far. with dinner they have given us free edamame twice which was awesome.
We found this place on a whim after calling numerous sushi places that wouldn’t deliver to our neighborhood since we’re a bit further out, but Tokyo Tasty did. So glad we found them.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I eat at least once a week take out. (they deliver as well)
Sushi is so fresh and delicious. Great variety of special rolls. Love love love. Every 10 $ you spend you get a stamp. 8 or 10 stamps can’t remember you get 10 $ off your order. Again LOVE IT!

I used to live near this place & ordered often from there. In the past year things have really taken a downturn. When it’s good, it’s spectacular. I mainly order sushi from them. When they get the order correct and get it delivered within the quoted amount of time I love it. But the past 4 times I ordered they were missing ingredients and/​or sent the incorrect roll. They got huffy with me after the delivery guy had to come back twice because they couldn’t get it right! If you don’t have an ingredient mention it at the time of ordering or call! Don’t just send me a cheaper substitution. If I hadn’t moved I probably would have given up after that last order :-/

The monster roll is delicious. The selection is great and I also like the seaweek salad.
I will certainly come back. It was a wednesday night and we were the only people in the restaurant, for the whole 2 hours we were there. I felt bad for them, but at the same time I liked the intimacy and the vip service.

This place was so good that I rank everything I eat to what I had at Tokyo Tasty. I came here last months for my birthday and to this day can still remember how delicious everything was — especially their Rainbow, Phoenix and Tasty Roll — and how I had closed my eyes and tried to memorize the taste of everything for future recollection. To this date, I still consider my meal here the best dinner I’ve had. Suffice to say, this place is amazing!!!

Hands down my favorite sushi place in the area. As a sashimi lover, freshness and presentation are always key! The chefs here have me loyal to a fault! I’ve gotten my family hooked on the variety of awesome rolls and my mom loved the assortment of the chicken hibachi dinner. I’m shocked it’s never super packed but am thinking it must be one of south jersey’s best kept sushi secrets!

Hibachi take out was delicious, fresh and delivered within 40 minutes. Will be adding to our speed dial.

Hands down best sushi restaurant I’ve ever been to. Even compared to Philly, NYC, and Florida. This little restaurant located in a small, insignificant town in New Jersey really is a gem. Always fresh and flavorful. The staff is really nice and I will miss this place when I move. I’ve never had a bad experience here and the food is always great, no matter what you get.

One of my favorite sushi places. The all-​you-​can-​eat here is amazing. The Monster Roll is one of the best special rolls in sushi history. The last time I went I ate 72 pieces of sushi. We were the only ones in there and they played a musack version of «Unbreak My Heart» on repeat. Highly recommended.

Unilocal I love you guys but if you want lies and not the truth maybe I should rethink using this app. I work for the Philadelphia Metro and now am thinking about writing a short article.

I came here with my cousin after searching for a Japanese restaurant near her that we could both enjoy. I drove up to Gloucester county for the day to go shopping with her and I used Unilocal to try and find a place nearby that had good reviews. The reviews that everyone gave sold me on going here. The service was, yes, a little slow, but there was only one server/​hostess and I guess she knew the group of people behind us. Either way, I didn’t starve and I didn’t die of thirst waiting for drinks.
I had a couple of vegetarian rolls and a cup of miso soup. The miso soup was perfect. The rolls I had were very delicious and the avocado was perfectly ripened. My cousin enjoyed her meal greatly as well. We split an order of tempura vegetables and they were lightly battered to perfection.
The price for our meal was fair. The place itself was very clean, kind of small, but personable. I can see how it could get busy really fast due to it’s small size, but luckily we went at a perfect time. I wish the server was a little more aware of her customers, but it wasn’t too bad.
I will definitely be going back again when I am in the area.
