Hello, my name is Darwyn and I am a 50-​year-​old male with a family history of bad teeth. In my life I have had every dental procedure that you can think of by many different dentists. I can honestly say that DR. PASTIU IS THE BEST! This past Saturday, January 30, 2016, I had major dental surgery done by Dr. Pastiu. I needed a makeover to allow me to chew my food again and to replace 2 old crowns in the front of my mouth, one of which was darker than my other teeth and the other was loose and ready to fall out. What I described as a complete makeover he described as not too bad. In all he did 5 implants and replaced one crown.
I began doing some research and looking for a dentist during the Christmas holiday because I needed a lot of work done and I was not satisfied with the approach or work of my previous dentist. I was looking for someone who was an expert and specialized in dental makeovers and understood the urgency of my dental needs. Because I was missing so many teeth on one side of my mouth I could not properly chew my food, which lead to heartburn. In addition, chewing everything on the opposite side of my mouth began to cause me some discomfort and problems with the teeth on that side of my mouth. I was a dental mess, not teeth on one side and discomfort on the other. I had heard of the teeth in a day and even teeth in an hour approach but I was extremely skeptical and nervous. In my research I came across Dr. Pastiu and was so pleased to learn that his practice was 10 minutes from my house. I called him to take advantage of his free consultation and he saw me immediately. During the consult he told me that the process would be pain free and that I would be able to eat shortly after the procedure. He also assured me that the work that I needed done was not what he considered major. I left his office feeling very comfortable and with a comprehensive dental plan that included an itemized list of the total price of his work. I knew that my dental work was considered cosmetic and was not covered by my insurance plan. I had already had an implant done a few years ago by another dentist and had an idea of the cost of one. His plan was very affordable and he provided me with a financing option the worked for me. I continued to do my research and consulted with other dentists for about month prior to deciding to let him do the work
Dr. Pastiu exceeded all of my expectations and delivered on everything that he promised and more! Teeth in a day and pain free. The only discomfort I experienced was the normal feeling associated with the numbing process and my jaw was a bit sore from being open for a long period of time. He keeps his working area extremely clean and sterile – I think there might have a little OCD when it comes to his work environment and I appreciated it. During the process he took care of a couple of other minor cavities that were not part of the original dental plan without hesitation. I highly recommend him to anyone who is seeking a top-​notch professional with superior skills. I was eating within 2 hours after I got home with no discomfort. There are some dietary restrictions and I still have to wait for my permanent teeth. I am sure that I will be extremely pleased, if not I will update my review. He gets 5 Stars from me because he deserves it and more.

I went to Dr. Pastiu after neglecting my teeth for a few years, mostly because of my fear of the dentist (bad experience).
His friendly and knowledgeable staff are always ready and willing to help and answer any questions. I also felt comfortable as soon as I walked into the door. I needed some major dental work and was nervous about it. Dr. Pastiu called me at home and explained the procedure to me in more detail.
I was so nervous about getting my procedures done without sedation. But, what I immediately found out was that Dr. Pastiu’s reassuring demeanor and calming staff helped me get through them with nothing but local…
