Lowe’s Home Improvement Warehouse of Mantua Township

Overall a clean location with plenty of parking. Kind of hard to find a specialist in any of the areas in here the few times I’ve been. Then when you do find a few you question what the definition of specialist really is.

Mostly like the store, BUT… SICK & TIRED of RUNNING A GAUNTLET OF SALESPEOPLE. BLACK SHIRTS SALES GUYS will corner you again and again. The people who work in the store are friendly, BUT now there is this increasing weird thing of having to pass by booths where third party sales beckon for attention. That’s OK because they are not pushy, but what makes me want to go to Lowe’s instead are these guys wandering around in BLACK SHIRTS. AVOID THE SALES GUYS IN BLACK SHIRTS!!! They will follow you, they will find you in the isles, they will persist, they will not take no for an answer, when one is done another will corner you, and even if you tell them you have already been harassed they will pitch you again. What do they want? They want to gut your kitchen, and put junk shelves and doors in. Do not make the mistake of wasting your time by «humoring» them– it wastes your time and they get politely hostile when you keep saying you do not need or want their services. Tables, booths, kiosks are acceptable, BUT BEING HUNTED BY THE BLACK SHIRTS is BS. What’s more annoying than a telemarketer? A hack sales guy following you around, confronting you, and not taking a polite dismissal instead insisting on SPAMMING you to your face. Anyhow if the BLACK SHIRTS are there to stay then I’ll do more hardware whopping online or go to Lowe’s.

Really thought I was an exclusive Home Depot girl but I really liked this store. It had everything I needed that day. Not ridiculously crowded either. Workers were pleasant and happy to help. I did purchase a defective item and returning it was no problem.

My family loves this store, lol, nothing like a family trip to the home improvement store! They have great «car» carts for the kids and the usual for the adults.
The parking lot is hug and well done, it never feels crazy or hazardous. (I have a thing with parking lots, as you can tell if you’ve read my other reviews, lol).
The store is laid out great, never feels crowded. The employees are helpful and friendly.
