I’ve been going to Kiki for years, by far my favorite nail place. I come home from school to get them done here. Always get compliments on my nails and asked where I get them from. Also, never seen any issues like the previous review mentioned. Kiki and her employees are the nicest, friendliest people.

Very very bad customer service… Dropped my daughter and niece off to get nails done for this weekends homecoming dance. Employees stopped in the middle of doing their nails demanding payment. I have dropped them off a million times and paid and tipped when finished. That’s normal procedure right??? The one woman took my daughters picture, and said to her just in case. My daughter was so puzzled and couldn’t understand what was going on. They went on to other customers and just left them sitting there with their nails half done. After a lot of phone calls between the both of them, the employees finally finished their job. Poor girls sat there feeling so uncomfortable being talked about and embarrassed. My family and friends will never step foot into fancy nails ever again!!!
