Boardwalk Grill & Pizzeria

I will never order from this place again, which is a shame because their food is actually really good. I just received a make-​up order from last week when they royally screwed up my food and when I called to ask about what they could do to remedy it (in a very nice manner) the girl hung up on me! I called back to talk to the manager who was so apologetic and offered to remake my order another time on them. They did so this evening and not only did it take over an hour to receive, it came WRONG AGAIN! You’d think if this was their second time and they were trying to keep my business that they would have made sure to put the hot sauce, blue cheese and marinara in my order… I mean who the hell is checking these orders before they go out? Really poor customer service as far as I’m concerned and nothing about my experience with them has been acceptable, even when I thought they were doing right and re-​doing my order for me. Looks like from the other reviews other customers have had similar issues.

I have placed I think 4 or 5 orders with Boardwalk Grill and Pizza. I had an issue once where the garlic sticks smelled and tasted like cleaning supplies. I called and was kinda brushed off and told there was no way for this to happen, but they gave me a credit for another order. That came fine. I made an order through Grubhub on a Wednesday and that came fine as well. The next order was on a Sunday night and it again, smelled like cleaning supplies. Everyone in my house was sick. Neither GH or BG&P would return my money. I will never return.

The new owner John, great guy really turn this place around, the food is better than the previous people who had it. Good place

Great thin crust pizza. Fresh, quality ingredients. Highly recommend. The Margherita pie is absolutely fantastic. A great change from the norm as far as pizza joints go.

im not sure how well this location is but there location i cherryhill is terrible, i have ordered from them several times and they have yet to get any order right. i have spoken to the manager and the owner of the cherryhill location and all they do is make excuses. this past time i ordered because i was given a credit for the last mess up they made and after an hour i received cold pizza and soggy fries. they may have some very interesting specialty pizzas but its really not worth the hassle.
