I have purchased my last three vehicles here over the space of about 5 years. I have worked with Chip all three times. I have to say everyone in the dealership exemplifies that small town attitude where everyone who walks in the door is your friend and deals can be made with a handshake. You aren’t going to get hit over the head with undercoating, extended warranties, or paint protectants. They never even mentioned it. New, used, they have it all. But if you are expecting a big splashy showroom, and fancy facilities, you will be disappointed.
Everytime I have purchased, they have let me enjoy a nice long solo test drive, and gave me a «reasonable» first offer on the finances. While some haggling was still necessary, I never felt insulted or like they undervalued my car, or over valued theirs.
But if you want a fantastic dealership experience, I think you should try this place. I may not always buy my future cars here, but I will always check here first.
