My husband and I are senior and wanted to start biking. I bought a piece of junk at the flea market and it has no gears so I couldn’t ride it on our Tennessee hilly terrain. I spoke with Charlie and he was going to see what he could do for me. Well, I spotted a small Raleigh bike and fell in love! Bought two of them on the spot and have been cycling like two younguns for over a year. We were directed to bike paths, serviced magnificently and due to this fabulous shop have a new passion in our senior years. They got us bikes with a «granny» gear so we can literally go anywhere. It is so cool. Stop in… you will love them!

A+ Service. Brought my bike in after crashing, and being from out of town, only had a day to get it fixed. The owner of the shop took the bike on the spot, inspected it, fixed a bent dérailleur hanger, checked the truing on the wheels, and cleaned the drivetrain and frame, all to help me out. Can’t say thank you enough.

This is a great little shop albeit in a strange location. It feels like your driving up to somebody’s apartment, but once you walk in the door it’s filled with tons of bike gear and supplies. Staff was super helpful in solving my bike problem. They have most typical parts in stock and can repair any problem your having with your bike. If you are looking for a new bike for your kid or yourself please check this place first! Don’t waste your money on a junk bike from Walmart! Also this is the only bike shop near Pigeon Forge/Cades Cove.
