The owner was so rude and argumentative when we asked if he had any seconds fiesta kitchen items !! The store is filled with some neat stuff but we didn’t buy anything because of his lack of customer skills !! More of a museum than a store and things are not priced to sell !!!

Went into the shop to find a dish that had cracked at home hoping to find it at a cheaper price at a second hand dish store. All of the dishes were overpriced and according to the owner because ‘there are no more Pfaltzgraff outlets in the US. Not one! They have been bought out to China and Mexico!” He was rude and aggressive as soon as we walked into the store. At one point he was evening yelling at another person on the phone saying «you screwed me! So I screwed you!» Every question we asked was meet with him arguing with us about the question and him telling us we were whining about the prices. eBay will be a much better option than ever buying from this man ever again. We love Pfaltzgraff products but will never be back to this store.

This fiesta ware and pfaltzgraff outlet is worth a stop. They have some interesting pieces for collectors. I think it was fun to just look at everything too.
