We waited for so long in the drive thru to even be acknowledge and then waited even more because the guy says «Hold on a minute» Uh.okay. The don’t have what we want (of course) so we order a small of our back up order that we’ve never had, just want to try. And we receive larges that aren’t filled up all the way. Were they out of small cups? We just don’y know. At least mine tasted good (Vanilla Bean iced coffee)

Its good when they have food, but I’ve stopped by repeatedly at this location and they’ve either been out of bagels, cheese, chicken, chocolate, you name it.

After waiting in the drive thru for 20 min around 8 am i was told they only had jelly munchkins. Kid dosnt eat jelly munchkins so I order glazed donuts. They were out of glazed donuts. Figured I would just pic up drinks, nope, they were out of milk and hot chocolate. But the coffee was good

It would be one thing if someone got your order wrong. It would also be one thing if you repeated your order five times but eventually got what you asked for. But it is another thing entirely when, after repeating said order said said five times, not only is two thirds of it wrong, you’re treated like it’s your fault for wanting coffee in the first place. I think this place would benefit from relying on halfway competent employees, rather than the fact that they’re the only dunkin for miles.

Great coffee without the «charbucks» burnt flavor. The way coffee should be! This is a clean, well decorated location with lots of seating. Love Dunkin Donuts!

Pigeon Forge, TN
This Blue Collar Starbucks is at a great location for commuters, since it is right at the turn off for Veteran’s. They offer the full menu. You can pay with your Dunkin’ phone app. The website says they are open 24 hours. That must be the drive through. I will verify next time I drive by in the middle of the night. I thought they were a 5am-​11pm store.
