I have to give this place 1 star based on the customer service, which seems to always be bad according to others we shared our experience with. When we walked in a man with tattoos on his neck emerged from the kitchen, and stood to the side of the counter with a pen on a notepad staring at us. There was no «hello» or «how can I help you» We said hello and asked him how he was doing and he just glared at us. We gave him our order and he walked into the kitchen with out saying a word. When our pizza was done, he walked to the register, set the pizza down and gave us our total. He took our money and walked away with out a «thank you» or anything else. When he was ringing up our pizza, we about gagged when we saw his grease stained finger nails and hands. I can only imagine what was in our pizza! We told two different people in Wears Valley and another business owner about our experience. We were told by each person that we talked to that the customer service is always terrible and unfriendly at this place. We were surprised that our pizza was actually pretty good. The sauce was flavorful and there were generous amounts of cheese on an excellent crust. Based on the customer service, I would rather drive into town and avoid the awkward, rude and intimidating experience that we had.
