Shooters is a great place to grab a beer, shoot pool, throw darts, enjoy great bar food and avoid the drama that surrounds most local watering holes. One of favorite get away places.

If you’re a serious pool player, don’t waste your time dulling your game here. For a place with five pool tables, which technically makes it a pool hall, the conditions are pretty bad. While they do have simonis cloth on their tables the cloth is stretched unevenly leading to odd rolls. Each table is slightly off level and the the three tables towards the back have terribly uneven lighting which a cursory glance will tell you would have taken very little effort to correct. The regulars are nice enough but as I was shooting my last game after spending 3 hours and easily $ 40 in the place with a nice tip for the bartender, theowner came up to me as I was standing by the table with my cue and my hand waiting for my shot and told me I was loitering and asked me what I wanted to drink. Mind you I’m standing next to about 6 people two or three who may have had drinks in their hand and a table behind us filled with drinks. Very impolite micromanaging on the part of the owner who was very obviously drunk. On top of that earlier in the evening there was a 10 square foot spill on the floor and I went up to the bar and asked if somebody could get a mop to take care of it before someone slipped. Twice. No one ever came to clean it up and it was still there when I left. Definitely recommend Bank shots or triple nines instead.

Bottom Line: A dive-ish bar that has terrific staff, good food, happy hour specials and some pool tables. Admittedly, I’ve driven by this place a million times and always thought it was a Steelers rooter bar full of drunk creeps. Shame on my for judging a book by its cover and not checking Unilocal sooner! Shooters is actually a very fun place and not sketchy at all. If you too have been curious about Shooters too and wondering why the parking lot is always busy, here are a few notes about this establishment: — Dive Bar: Yes, I suppose it is a dive bar, but its not really that divey compared to others I’ve visited. The crowd is mostly normal people just looking for a good time and minding their own business. — Drinks: I’m a beer drinker so I only checked out the beer selection. They have about six beers on draft and over 30 different bottled selections. Most of the draft selections were craft beers and the bottle list is very mixed. They have some ciders too. — Food: The food is good-enough-bar food and the wings are really good. Not only are the wings tasty, but they come in a variety of flavors. Also, they are $ 1 a wing which seems like good deal for the quality of wings that hey use. Also, to add some context to this, I should note that I’m not really wing woman but I still enjoyed the wings here and would get them again. Also, the crab pretzel was messy but good. — Service: I thought service here was really good. The bar tenders run the show. You can order your drinks and food at the bar and then if you meander away, they will come find you to deliver your stuff. — Pool: They have five pool tables here that are a little beat up. For the casual person who just wants to shoot some pool and have a few drinks, they are more than adequate. But, if you are more serious about your pool and looking for a place to practice for the Las Vegas World Championship, this place probably isn’t for you. The pool tables are smaller than competition size and take quarters, which you can get at the bar. — Other Entertainment: If pool isn’t your game, they also have some dart boards. For a real throw back, check out the Golden Tee and Big Buck Hunter video games. Also, Shooters shows all NFL games and is no longer partial to the Steelers. The people watching here is only ok since its mostly a normal crowd.

Love coming here to play pool and darts. Drinks are decently priced and if they dont know how to make a shot they give it a hell of a try! I’ve only tried the wings(5 stars) and Mac n cheese bites. Scotty is awesome.

Great little dive bar, with best wings I’ve had since I moved here from CT. Jap Hot, Sweet Chili, and Old Bay were very tasty. Crispy is hard to find here in a wing and they nailed it. The blue cheese was also homemade and very good. There were at least 6×55″ tvs with sports and Nicki who was the bartender was nice and prompt. She even changed the one of the channels to NASCAR for me. They also had 5 decent looking pool tables a couple arcade games and a digital jukebox. It’s worth a try Cheers

Walked in and stood by the table where my friends shooting pool in the middle of the place. Very slow place it was just two groups of people playing on the pool table and that’s pretty much it. But the bartender lady came up asking if I needed anything and I told her give me a minute to look at the menu that was on the table. Waited for her to come back but really took her at least 30 mins to get back and just pass by me without asking if I wanted anything. I see her sitting with a group of guys and didn’t even bother to ask my friends if they wanted refills or even want anything else. Literally my friend would have to walk up to the bar while she sitting with the guys not behind the bar but at the high sitting table in front of the bar chit chatting and not care until my friend said something about wanting another drink. I end up not wanting to order anything at the place even a drink! On top of that the music is terrible! Foul nasty disturbing music selected while shooting pool. My boyfriend went up to select some other songs to play because it was terrible to listen to and come to realize this one guy been selecting songs from his phone like he was trying to piss our group out of the place. I know for sure the guy heard us complaining about the songs and still played more like it to the point we went up and pay for other songs. Very rude, dirty, not enough space to shoot pool and unfriendly service. Cords on the floor which you tripped over if not careful. Pool table to close to the high table so can’t even sit for long when being bothered to move a side so the people can play behind us. This is the worst place to be. I see people coming in and leave within one or two rounds of shooting pool. Not even ordering anything because the bartender doesn’t want to get her ass up but sit there chit chatting or behind the bar texting. It’s not even busy!!! Food? I’m not going to bother trying since the service terrible. I will not recommend this place to anyone. I walked out of there with a headache.

A dive bar that removed it’s NFL crap(The owner did it after the Michael Vick dog fighting fiasco) with lots of pool tables and decent food. It could use a good deep clean and some more seating but it’s a nice place if you want a low key, divey atmosphere.

The wings are really good for the price. Plus you have to love how the girls answer the phone :-) Would I hangout here probably not but if you play pool not a bad chill spot. I’ve never tried anything besides the wings so unsure about their other food on the menu.

A bit of a dive but you’ll be shocked at how great the food is. BYFAR the best wings for miles. I drive 20 minutes and pass all the typical«wing places» just to get ten of their«jalapeño hot wings»($ 9). Normally I can eat 25 – 30 wings from the usual chains but Shooters wings are huge! Ten fills me up no problem. Crab pretzel is always great and the burgers are also very fresh and juicy. Beers are cheap($ 2.75) and the staff is always friendly. As a matter of fact, now I want some wings… I’m on my way!

Yes, it’s a dive. But it’s OUR dive! I’ve been in several times, and although I’ve never tried their food(honestly, I didn’t even know they HAD food until recently!), their drinks are reasonably priced, their staff are always friendly, and you can usually find an open pool table. It may not look like much from outside, but once you’re in it’s all good. And while there isn’t much parking up front, they have a pretty decent sized lot in the back. If you’re out and just want good cold drink at a reasonable price and some friendly people to spend a couple of hours with, this is your place.

Loved it. Just moved from San Diego, and was looking for a new local bar. It’s out of town a bit. I prefer to stay away from the downtown riff raff. Met the owners– husband and wife. Both were extremely friendly as was the bartender on duty. This is a place I would feel comfortable going to alone for a drink or two. Drinks were way affordable. Bartender had a few custom drinks she let us try. Ate the crab cake covered pretzel and old bay seasoned wings. Both were delicious. Ladies night specials Thursday and Friday sounded too good to be true. I was there Saturday and it was still a great deal. A lot of pool tables, and a bunch of nice flat screens.
