Beware and stay away. I moved 500 miles away and they wanted me to come in person to cancel even after I offered to do it by email or fax. I do legitimate contracts daily via online but its not good enough for this company. However they did allow a complete stranger who isn’t me to come in and sign their name to my cancellation. This is the proof of the attempted fraud. They don’t care who signs the cancellations, they just want to force you to come in because if I didn’t have someone who could do it, I would be paying for another month. Which was there goal in the first place. Its a second rate and dirty store with a nasty manager who uses scams like this to harm their customers.

This monthly membership program cancellation policy is bogus. How is it that you can fax a signature and it’s usable in a court of law, but there is nowhere online that you can find the form to cancel your membership and then fax it in to them?
Or have them email it to you, so you can sign, scan and then email it back? Gyms do the same thing. It’s such BS!

I love this salon! I have been tanning here for years now. I’ve tried other salons in the past but always had the best experience at Hollywood tans in sp. The salon is clean and organized. All of the employees/manager have always been very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this location/salon.
