It’s difficult to rate a pest control company with 5 simple stars. I look for quality in their service, punctuality, professionalism and price. The Annapolis Pest Control seems to hit all of these criteria.
They were recommended to me by a close friends and several neighbors. They were also rated high on «Angie’s List» (I hope I’m allowed to write that name here!)
They do have an annual plan which is paid in full up front and they will come as often as you need. We had ant problems in the summer and it took a few return visits to take care of the problem. They were sensitive and caring about our pets and are in and out of here quickly.
One thing I really like is that a real person answers the phone (usually the same person) and is friendly, helpful and quick to assist. They don’t hard-​sell you on expensive contracts like other national brands do.
I’m proud to support a local business with a good reputation.

We’ve used Annapolis Pest Control twice now. They are always quick to respond. Prices are very reasonable. They explain what they are doing, why and tell me what to do with my pets and such. They are my go to pest control company. Can’t say enough good things.

Jack and Jeff run a great business — I can’t say enough good things about these guys. They are honest and take the time to explain everything to you while they’re doing an inspection. I’ve had them out twice for inspections and they really do a great job. I highly recommend their services!

I had Frank come out to the house to get rid of bugs and mice. I am very satisfied with the service; he truly went above and beyond to help me out. It is a real pleasure to deal with such a professional and honest person.

We inherited this company with our townhouse because they helped the previous owner with a regular termite inspection contract. They are cheap and beat most competitors. We were not impressed. The technicians are good with termites and that is about it. They are not really personable or that knowledgeable about helping clients with other pests. The office scheduling staff has issues, and it causes the technicians not to show when the office schedules them with you over the phone. We decided to go with someone else.

It would have been enough just to stop the ant invasion, but they were also friendly, prompt, honest, and thorough.
