Today 9÷18÷14 I came to get a script filled at 5:30pm. I took my script to the pharmacy hand it to the Pharmacy manager as he was the one at the drop off window. He enters all this stuff in then tells me oh your missing dosage on here. OK I say can you call to fix the issue? I’m told NO not tonight were busy! «Excuse me there’s 2 people sitting and waiting, there’s 5 techs behind counter and your telling me not a one can make the call?» So I walk away and call my drs office get the information but it’s not acceptable which I understand. Ok so I ask him if he could call real quick as they were on the way out the door. He says No have them call me! I probably could have walked outside and made the call myself. Smh. We had the same issue yesterday with this same place! They are lazy! Also inside the store there are cart with products just sittin in with empty shelfs. I bet I could empty the carts and fill the shelves before they even decided to. Also the pharmacy manager Jeff is who took my prescription! You would think he had better customer service skills. At 6:05pm I walked back in to see if my script was done. I felt threatened by just the looks so I called my husband to come in with me.

This is my go-to spot when I forget something and I’m willing to pay a little extra to drive farther and avoid long lines. It has a little of everything to include higher end brands of hair care and nail polishes which was a nice surprise for my inner girly-girl. The staff is always friendly no matter what time of the day. It’s cool you can rack up points to collect at at the end of their quarter to use as $$ off of future purchase. I just wouldn’t come here if you’re trying to pinch pennies. Also, having two Redbox’s in front of it makes it a one-stop shop for me most nights. All this place could use is a better Icecream selection. ;)
