Glass Trans Fusing

Received a custom made piece from this company as a gift from my sister. I took me 2 hours to hang it. About one complete hour to clean it because it was taped to a piece of rigid foam insulation using packing tape. (Ever heard of bubble wrap?!) I had to clean all the glue from the tape off of the glass — very time consuming.
Then, it came with 3 hinges that had to be put in precisely the correct position to hang it, with a template of where the hinges needed to be anchored to the wall. Problem was, the template was off, so I had to make my own.
2 hours of my day, and while the piece is nice — it is certainly not breathtaking, and I would move it to another place in my home but do not want to go through the hassle. I’d prefer a picture!
