I happened upon QA their third day open in PORT ANGELES. From the moment I walked in the door with a million questions for Steve, I was impressed. Steve is so professional, personable, knowledgeable, honest, and helpful, and I imagine the employees in Sequim are the same.
I think I have brought him 4 – 5 devices to have looked at, revamped, ask questions about, etc. He was super patient with me, as my knowledge of computer devices is limited, and answered all of my questions thoroughly and in words I could understand!
My experience with QA has been nothing but awesome, and I will always recommend them!!!
