Jim Anderson came out to repair a faulty control panel on my $ 2200 gas range. Although it ultimately was a simple repair, he spent additional time teaching me about how to avoid future damage to the control panel and even showed me how to use the fan to suck steam off a boiling pot of water. Not only was Jim professional and knowledgeable but he actually seems to have a passion for repairing appliances.

My Whirlpool Duet washer, about ten years old, started intermittently beeping with an error code. I called Anderson’s and Jim showed up right on time and was very knowledgable about the washer. He made another visit (no charge) with parts and it’s working perfectly now. A great, professional local business.
