Had a HORRIBLE experience here! Me and my 8yr old son went for cookies and there was a dead spider in the frosting of his cookie and when I talked to the owner(Linda) she told me that I was over reacting and that she’ll give me another cookie. I wanted our money back! I will never go here again. She seems very dirty and I only eat at clean places.

My fiancée and I were so excited have our tasting with them for our wedding cake. We scheduled our first appointment and even texted Linda with pictures of what we had in mind. Even after confirming our first appointment we show up and nobody is there, we call and no answer, days later we get a response that they had the wrong date down for us. We decided it was a honest mistake and gave them another chance to only be disappointed again. We show up and they’re not there again. We understand if something comes up but it takes a second to call or text someone to let them know you cannot make it and mind you we live 45 minutes away. When I called to ask where they were the second time they said there was a family emergency and put a sign on the door. They had time to put a sign on the door but couldn’t let us know? I understand stuff happens but why did they ditch us the first time? She said they had the wrong phone number? and then the wrong date? How could this be when we confirmed both times. We understand stuff happens but every time we spoke with them it was a different excuse. We were very disappointed with how unprofessional they were.

I would like to give a review of their baked goods but I can’t. Why you ask? Because I went there 2 times for a wedding cake tasting, and after driving 45 minutes we find a bakery with no bakers and no cake to try. Both times we went there we called to confirm ahead of time. When we called to find out where the people were we would either get sent to voicemail, hung up on, or given the run around and lied to. Completely unprofessional business people. We would have been more than willing to reschedule if needed but they didn’t even have the decency to call and tell us they wouldnt be open.

Great, interesting, new bakery. Good pastries, cookies, donuts! Owner very friendly. Decent hours. Open Longer than many other bakeries. They also serve breakfast items. Although I haven’t tried it Biscuits & gravy appear very interesting. They also offer chili & soup. Also they have Pies & cakes. Seneca has no bakery so why not give them a try. Patronize the local proprietor! They are trying hard.
