Very friendly and knowledgable staff here. They tested my water on multiple occasions and gave a full run-​down on proper maintenance for the pool in the house I just started renting. Could not have asked for better service; I showed up 5 minutes before closing due to my schedule on more than one occasion and they did not balk at all and stayed until into around 20 minutes past their closing time to answer all my questions and test my water. This will be my main source for all things pool supply during my time here in the Mobile area.

Where can I start. I just moved to Semmes and wanted someone to help with our in-​ground pool. I saw this business while I was at another store close by. I dropped in with the intention of just asking some questions about what they do, etc and of course their prices. While I was talking to «Jeremy» he cut me off mid sentence while continuously calling me «Sweetie» over and over, which to me is insulting since I am a grown woman. «Angela» was just staring me down the whole time, giving me a nasty look, like «How dare you bother us» I simply wanted to know how much product I would need for my pool, as it’s quite larger than the average in ground. He, instead of listening to my questions, was just trying to up-​sell me on all kinds of products I did not want or did not need at that time. He made it evident he wasn’t interested in actually helping but was only interested in the highest amount of money he could get from me. I felt like I was just another dollar sign in this young mans eyes. Luckily I found another place closer to Airport Blvd who was nice and able to answer all my questions and not trying to convince me to buy a $ 400 skimmer and a Grill. SMH.
