The listing is a property in St. pete. fl. 28JUNE2014. We were first on the property to leave a deposit, application fee and give a completed application to rent property for the listed price. Jodie (the broker) stated she was adamant about being fair and «first come first served.» later that day we were informed by Jodie Siegel, Broker/​Owner Boulevard Realty & Property Management, LLC. via email that we were out bid on the rent for the property. I stated,” out bid?” Really? she rented it to the person that said he would pay more for rent than the asking price. I do understand as a property owner that more money is better, but this is bad business and misleading advertisement for a listing or rental. Jodie Siegel is unprofessional and dishonest. She also stated she is the one that will cut the grass and maintain the pool every two weeks, makes me wonder if the owners are paying for a professional service from a licensed provider that is actually being provided by the broker herself? link for listing below.
