We have only great things to say about Furniture Row (Oak Express). We have purchased almost all of our house furniture from Furniture Row.
They have great quality furniture at great prices. When we moved from California last year we bought many items, and now that we have purchased our new home we came back to purchase more items. One of the reasons why we came back was because of our experience with one of the sales consultants. her name is Michelle. Since the moment we walked in she was super friendly and very helpful. She was very patient with all of our questions. We literally spent almost 5 hours and there she was helping us along the way. She made sure to give us the best deals and gave us many ideas for our new home. We have gone to many many furniture stores and we did our research, nothing comes close to Oak Express. We will defiantly recommend to all of our friends and family. If you go… ask for Michelle, she is the best!

I always shop here for furniture and every time I go in, it’s always a great experience. People are very nice and helpful. I will be going back soon to buy my bedroom set! Good quality for the price!

Sofa Mart was curious. However the Oak Express people ignored us for 10 minutes when we were looking to spend $ 2700 on a table. When they finally did come to help they attended to people who just arrived. And hav an attitude when we asked why… Will never shop here spend money here. I was wearing my veterans hat with a purple heart on it and was disrespected. The man at Sofa Mart thanked me for my service however. Oak Express SUCKS! !
