I should’ve of have even given them one star… late sunday night from being on the road for 16 hours on memorial weekend we came across this place and their flashy sign… Well the front desk gave us the wrong key THREE TIMES! actually walked the room was not equipped correctly. we never got our wake up call either to find out the phone didn’t work lol it gets worse no ashtray for a smoking room, toilet was backing up and the water pressure was as if we were in the 89th floor uggh! I was withheld from approaching the incompetent bafoon at the front desk due to my temper so I’m venting on Unilocal very disappointed but I survived
