Called them out to repair my dryer. They said they had to order a part. I had to pay 50% of the part up front and pay the service call. They told me the part would take about a week to arrive. It’s been a month & half since the part was ordered and no call. I have called four times and no one answered the phone but left messages every time with no return phone call. They are a scam company. Do not ever use them.
