Five stars all the way for this family owned and operated business. How many used car dealers have been around for over 50 years? They’re obviously doing something right! The staff really goes out of their way to accommodate their customers. Highly recommended, purchased several cars here throughout the years without any major issues, and any problems with the vehicles (these were used cars after all) were rectified quickly.

This place is THE BEST!!! After going to over 20 different places/​dealers, looking at hundreds of different vehicles and meeting all sorts of crazy salesman I finally landed at JTL Auto in Selden where I was pleasantly surprised at the amazing customer service and great selection of vehicles. All the guys who worked there where so extremely friendly and helpful in getting me into this beautiful BMW x5 I had my eye on!!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for not just a great new ride but also great customer service!!! I will def be going back to them again the next time!!! Thanks again Guys!!! This was the worst experience of buying a vehicle in my entire life well I never ever go back to this dealership again they completely lied to me and many issues with a vehicle I paid $ 8000 for a used truck and the air conditioner doesn’t work I haven’t put no more than 800 miles on the truck the head gasket blown molding fell off and window regulators were broken they fix some of the issues put a new air conditioner compressor and still didn’t work blowing hot air brought back left the truck for 5 days for them to tell me they only took 1 hour to look into it couldn’t find the problem and said they’re not paying for anything additional also laid additional money out of my pocket for bearing hub that was $ 350 what should have been covered under their 90 day or 3000 mile warranty and now paying out of my pocket for the air condition to be fixed by my mechanic. I do not recommend this dealership to anybody and I would never refer or recommend this dealership to anyone save yourself the drama and your money. Find another dealership to go to.

These guys are awesome!!! Not only did they help me through the car purchase, they went out of their way! I just bought my 5^th vehicle, and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had! Carmine even picked me up from the train station the night of the car delivery. 5-​star, A+, exceptional and above level service.

I bought a 2001 Silverado in the summer (with 150,000 miles so I wasn’t expecting perfection). I happened to be in the area and stopped in to see if they could refer me to a body shop that could fix the slight rust in the bedsides (very common on this model truck) the shop they referred me to was straightforward, had great prices and got me the truck back looking like new! aside from regular maintenance and two new tires this truck has been great! when im ready to upgrade ill be back!
