After 2 years On August 27 2015 I got a refund from loaded gun customs for $ 1359 they only paid after I put a review on Unilocal.They tried to take it back the same day. They were very hard to deal with I tried every thing I could to get this refund tried a collect company but where I am in Canada they could not help. BEWARE !!!

I Have been dealing with these guys since I purchased a used bike from them. They are straightforward and honest. Sometimes to a fault… A bit pricey for the area, but I feel like they know there stuff so it’s worth it… They cater to the needs of me as a woman rider when other shops have blown me off…
Overall they are internationally known for a reason, they are good. Only 4 stars cause I can’t always get them on the phone, and some what difficult to schedule with.

I rode my 1972 R75/​5 out from Kentucky, and was having some issues– I texted Kevin, the owner to let him know that I was needing some help. I pulled in and he quickly stopped what he was doing and INSISTED that we get my bike running smoothly again before I considered riding on! Great folks, great shop, great FAMILY. THANK YOU!
