Wilkes Landscape Sevices

We hired Wilkes for a pretty large landscaping job at our house. They did an AWESOME job with the landscaping. I’m not gonna lie, I do not have a green thumb. When they came to help us out our yard was in complete disarray. They cleaned it up and made it look beautiful in a days time. For that I am thankful.
So why 3 stars vs. 5 stars? They are not the most responsive. We originally set an appointment for them to come on a Wed. When they didn’t show up, they stated that they thought that they were supposed to come on a Fri. Fair enough. When they finished the job, they noted that they were planning to get a few more plants for the yard and would come back to plant them during the week. They never came back to plant them and when my husband e-​mailed them, they did not respond.
Over all, I would still recommend as they did a KILLER job of making our yard look great. I would just wish for a bit more customer service when we are paying so much money for the service.
