A small shop that has a little bit of everything. It is similar to the health section at Whole Foods, but better since it’s a local small business you’ll be supporting! They have essential oils, herbs and spices, vegan and gluten free snacks, vitamins and supplements, skin care, and so much more. The prices are competitive (I bought a lavender oil for $ 7…normally a $ 14 oil), and some bulk spices for CHEAP! I highly suggest coming here, or at least calling them, the next time your looking for anything health related.

This is a great little shop to find the type of stuff you would normally get at Whole Foods, except it’s local (if you live in Seekonk or close by). They carry a variety of snacks, herbs, spices and all sorts of organic foods. My favorite thing is that they carry my favorite peanut butter here and I don’t have to Drive into Providence for it.
The staff is pretty nice and the store is well laid out. Definitely give it a look!

My girlfriend really enjoys this place. The prices she feels are great and I tend to drive with her there. I don’t go in anymore though. There are a lot of spices and my nose just can’t take it.

I’ve been going here for ~10 years. They are knowledgeable about some herbs, homeopathics and nutraceuticals. The biggest plus is if they don’t know something, they will admit it and try to use their available resources to help you out.

I have lived in the area for years and had never been in, but decided to go in because I ran out of Melatonin, 100 tablets, 5mg. Last time I got it from Amazon and it was 6.99, as of yesterday same price. Good Seed had it for $ 11.99, same brand. I was quite surprised at the price. I understand profit but this is outrageous. Turned me off from shopping any further.

I’m looking back over my original review of the GS and I really regret what I said about the staff. They really are just wonderful and fantastic. Jim will talk your ear off about anything and the ladies are as friendly and generous as can be.
We are buying our farm raised chickens and eggs here and Jim calls us every time he goes up to the farm to see what we might need. Now that’s customer service!

The staff’s friendly and knowledgeable in this bright, sunshiny shop. For a little bitty store, its prices are reasonable., too.
Plenty of vitamins to choose from, freezers in the back, and some bulk quinoa/hemp granola/brown rice pasta/etc to choose from.
