Good selection of metal charms and some chain. The rest was only so-​so.
The owner stayed behind the counter and didn’t speak to me until I checked out. To me that is a big disappointment.
I’m giving them three stars because I found some bezels that I had been hunting for.

My very tidy 6 yr old daughter was scolded in this shop for touching things. She wasn’t mixing anything up, or even taking things off the racks, just touching the strands while I looked. She likes to organize and straighten displays and was lining up the strands evenly. His tone was unnecessary and harsh enough to make her cry. I’ll never set foot in there again.

Nicely laid out bead shop with a wide variety of higher-​end jewelery making supplies. Their loose bin stock seemed heavy on metal pendant and crystal/​glass options, and you can mostly only get semiprecious stones by the strand.
The available stock of of chain and findings is very small, however the owner is very helpful and friendly, and willing to help you find (via ordering) anything you need.

Edit: The Bead and Wire Shop has moved to 1200 Fall River Avenue, in the little plaza between Walmart and Seekonk Square.
This shop has a limited selection of pearls, but you can get nice strands here that aren’t too expensive. The best deals are on the semi-​precious stones, especially since they are regularly on sale. They also have a great selection of strands of Czech glass beads.
One thing you do need to be careful of is picking out loose pearls. Sometimes it is not clearly marked that they are Swarovski pearls and not cultured. The prices on sterling are kind of steep compared to other bead stores in the region.
David, one of the owners, is usually manning the counter. He is very pleasant, helpful, and will go out of his way to try to accommodate you.
He and his wife offer classes like wire wrapped rings and rosaries.
One of the coolest things about this shop is that they have a loyalty program, and they let you combine your customer discount with their sales.
