Never going to dunkins again after I went to this place. The coffee and donuts are way better!!!

What a cute and fun place! It’s nearby, and I have driven by it a whole bunch of times and this weekend, I decided to make an early morning trek to get donuts for the kiddos. I was the only one there and the donuts weren’t out yet, but the owner offered to frost/glaze anything I wanted to order. He was very kind and welcomed me to the neighborhood(we recently moved here), so it was really nice to have a conversation with him. The donuts were fluffy and fresh and delicious. Much better than the national chains for the sure. Definitely check it out!

Killing me with cuteness. This place has great style AND flavored coffee that’s brewed WITH the flavor not a flavor shot. So good. I don’t know what a snicker doodle is but the coffee flavor was good!

With Dunkin’ Donuts seeming monopoly over both New England and New York, it’s good to see the little guys holding out and providing some competition. Supreme’s donut may be just a little bit dry, but it is a true old-style donut that tastes as if it’s made with care. As one of the closest non-Dunkin donut shops to Providence that I’m aware of, I try to stop by here each time I visit family in Rhode Island. Although I currently can’t compare these to Allie’s(haven’t been since I lived in North Kingstown over a decade ago), Sip ‘n’ Dip(passed it but haven’t been yet), or Honey Dew(haven’t had in over a decade), I can see how these might be some of the best in the area. Protip: Donuts both sell out fast and can start to get stale surprisingly quickly, so get there as early as you can!

We stopped to get our boys slush and ice cappuccinos for ourselves. The cappacino machine was out of order so we were a bit disappointed. We paid for The slush and were going to find a Starbucks. The owner offered us iced coffee(he was very convincing telling us about the flavors) so we decided to try it. He wouldn’t take our $! He said try it on the house. It had been years since I had Supreme Coffee. They’re very scarce, it was like finding the last unicorn. The maple walnut coffee is really good here. I would definitely stop by again if in the area.

My favorite place to stop for a coffee and donut. I pass several D&D’s to go here. Everything is made in house, fresh.

Let me start by saying this place is great. The donuts are delicious. The service is great. The atmosphere is also nice and almost«retro» I guess you could say. The only thing I don’t like is the prices. If the prices were lower, I would definitely give it a 5 star rating. Would recommend this place if your in the area for a quick bite.

I would give Supreme six stars if possible. The two owners are the sweetest and most down to earth people I have met at a local business. Each day when I drive up, my coffee is ready and waiting for me. Great coffee, great service, great people.

During the week I go to the gym every morning(6am!) and try to eat as healthy as can be. On Sunday… well, all bets are off. I’ve been making it a habit(albeit a bad one perhaps) to make the trek to Supreme for what is now my favorite donut, a chocolate glazed with chocolate frosting. The comparable donut at Dunkin’ doesn’t hold a candle to this one… it has the perfect texture, a great amount of glaze, and some really tasty chocolate frosting. Their vanilla crème and jelly-filled donut is still the bomb as well. Stay away from«made in a factory» Dunkin’ Donuts if you can help it and grab your donuts here instead.

I’ve only had the coffee here and it is OK in a pinch. The flavored coffees taste more like flavor than coffee, but not as bad as some other places *cough* sip and dip. Service is friendly, but if you are a hardcore coffee drinker that prefers dark roasts, this isn’t the place for you.

Supreme Coffee & Donuts, your coffee is indeed supreme. I agree with other reviewers: their iced coffee rocks! Smooth, no bitterness, and better than Dunkin. And who doesn’t love the cheery, retro exterior of this place? I smile just looking at photos of this place! It makes me want to break out some of my old rockabilly records. The three stars for Supreme donuts is, unfortunately, because of their dry-like-Dunkin donuts. Honestly, I prefer more sweet, light, and airy donuts. I was in search of a sweet treat, and this place did not deliver. If you’re looking for a sugar bomb in the form of a donut(and often I am), Supreme is NOT your mecca. I’d head on over to Sip-N-Dip or Allie’s(more cake-like donuts) if you’re looking for something sweeter! Coffee rolls, mmmmm.

Way better than Dunkin Donuts. They have great donuts and breakfast sandwhiches. Something awesome about here is that you can order Coke in a glass bottle… or at least I think that’s awesome. Last summer when I worked nearby, I went here every time I needed a break and something supremely tasty.

You don’t see a lot of places in this part of the country that actually try to stand out and call attention to themselves, the sort of businesses where the location itself as as much of the appeal as the products/services offered. Maybe it’s that old Yankee«just get on with it» attitude? I don’t know, but I do know that when I saw the coffee cup-shaped outside and the kitschy 50s chrome-‘n-neon interior, I had to stop and take a look. Oh, and there’s donuts, too? Don’t mind if I do! Tiny place, and not much besides the donuts and pastries, so if you’re looking for something a little more Starbucks-y, well, go to Starbucks. If you’re looking for some tasty, sweet morning fare in a building that feels like Americana with a pulse, then this is your place. I’ve only been the once, but I plan on going back. And since there’s a great comic book store(Time Capsule) directly across the street, going back seems very likely indeed.

Prior to the last week or so, I had never heard of Supreme Coffee. After a quick stop at The Time Capsule across the street, Supreme’s flamboyantly shaped building and hot, retro orange & brown logo were too much all up in my face to pass on. Despite not having a chance to visit that particular evening, I made it a point to take a fast detour over for my usual a.m. coffee early this morning. Stuffed from a huge, diner breakfast(rebounding from a week of near starvation: strep will do that to a lady), I passed on any pastries and opted only for the Queen of all Marlena luxuries, an iced coffee. Flavour choices were relatively basic with a few surprises tossed in, specifically, pumpkin spice and snicker-doodle. Since pumpkin is my usual choice at Honeydew(the iced coffee that has become my standard & which I compare all others to), I went with the snicker-doodle. For the iced coffee guru, random notables : ~ Iced, as well as hot, are served in styrofoam cups which may or may not be a good thing.(Personally, I prefer it as my coffee stays colder, longer, without having to ask for a hot cup separate.) ~ They use crushed ice. Score. ~ Flavouring did not appear to be sweetened. ~ A medium is a tad smaller than a medium at DD/HD. ~ Total after tax is $ 2.24. The coffee itself was pretty flippin’ tasty. Smooth but very dark, less comparable to the Dunk’s light brews and more so to Honeydew or Starbucks. I ordered it exactly the same as I do elsewhere(two cream, two Splenda) and it was actually a tad more bitter tasting than my usual coffee run. Three creams would actually fair well for future reference. The inside was disappointingly boring, dark & less than interesting unlike their gleaming, lit up exterior. Huge let down. Their donut and pastry selection was vastly large. I –really– wanted to snag a glazed but the past two days have been a junk food eat-a-thon for me, and with no calorie count available, I withstood my massive cravings. Service was fine. Overall, my first Supreme experience was good. Not quite great overall, but very good. I really wanted to give ‘em three stars for now but the iced coffee was –great.- Considering I’m one of those nutjobs who start smashing window panes if my iced isn’t done up right, I couldn’t help but spring for the four. It’s kinda a shame they’re located so randomly(with no website that I’ve found yet) but it’s worth the quick drive from the Target shopping plaza(just head up the road for two minutes and BAM, coffee shaped building on the right). I think they may become my Thursday afternoon treat.
