Bakers Corner Pizza

Just ordered here for the first time. My family ordered several things the pizza was just okay the chicken parm calzone was great I would defiantly order it again the chicken wings were very blah and came with sweet and sour sauce which was odd and my husband had a steak and cheese grinder which he said was good. We would order from here again it was good not great but one of the better places around

I cant speak for the pizza or fried food, But I probably won’t go back there just based on the salads. My boyfriend and I ordered two steak tip caesar salads to go. The woman who took our order failed to tell us that the price of steak went up, so it came to over $ 24 for two salads! We never would have ordered them knowing that it would be $ 12 per salad. The salads wouldn’t have been enough food for a toddler, it was so skimpy and the steak tips were few and far between. So not worth the money. To top it all off, when I was halfway done with my salad i found a long hair in my forkful of lettuce! I know it wasn’t mine because this hair was brown and I’m a blonde. The whole experience just left a sour taste in my mouth. It was our first time trying this place and it will probably be the last.

Stopped in because we forgot to defrost dinner. This place is great. I had the fried chicken dinner and its seasoned and cooked correctly with large portions. The fries were perfect and that was really a surprise seeing how much nicer places usually mess them up. My fiancé had the chourico sandwich and she said it was perfect. It wasn’t oily like many places serve it. The salad also was correct. Not one wilted piece of lettuce. The person who runs this kitchen obviously cares. The lady who served us was great. She was very nice and did our small substitutions with no problem. Food came out fast also. The price was very cheap. Whole meal came out to less then $ 20.00

New ownvers, pizza is good, but it was better before. They are now closed on Monday.

I recently had the pizza and the sauce was good but they skimped on it. Apparently they are under new ownership. The new menu does not include coupons and seems too pricey.

There’s a NEW OWNER and the recipes were changed.
The result is things aren’t so good any more. They had the best grinda in 10 miles.
It’s still better than what you get at Subway or another chain restaurant.

Delicious!!! I love thier meatless grinder! Fries are great and pizza can’t be beat! Great daily specials too with super affordable prices. A perfect little gem of a place!

These people are incredibly friendly, they have amazing memories (not just fond ones of their childhood beachgoing dayz, but who you are and what you order!), and their excellent food is very consistent.
Specifically, I recommend their grinders. Better yet, the hot Italian (and NO, I don’t just mean Luigi who is kept hidden in back chopping those peppers and onions so thinly). It is one of the best, most consistent Hot Italian Grinders you will find in the state of RI. Bravo!
