This is the most rocking Wendy’s in the universe. New owners have made this fast food joint and family destination. Service is way above the call of duty. Food is always fresh and fast. Give Allan a hi-​5 for making this place top of the chain.

Visiting here in sodona and stopped by Wendy’s they got my order wrong and need more cash registers open because the line was out the door! with only one cash register! other than that food was good and manager was friendly :)

I like Wendy’s typically but the fries here tasted off/​bad compared with other Wendy’s — the cheese wasn’t melted even a little bit and if I had never been to a Wendy’s before this, I would never go back. One star for being one of the only local fast food chains in the area (for quick drive by) and one for price

The food was average. My North Atlantic cod sandwich was terrible. The staff was outstanding. They fulfilled all of our request graciously and quickly. I will go back, but, I will be crossing my fingers that the food will be better.

By outward appearances, this looks like a well managed Wendy’s operation. Don’t waste your time, the burgers come out barley warm and taste as though they’ve been sitting around for quite some time. The Bacon on a Baconator Burger had the consistency of petrified wood. A to-​go order did not even include a napkin, did I appear like someone who uses his sleeve? You’d think that someone at the corporate level would be paying attention to this operation and do something about it…

While in Sedona, AZ, we stopped at Wendys and two of us ordered the Ciabatta Bacon Cheeseburger; it was awesome. We were pleasantly surprised by the sandwich taste.
While at our local Wendys in Chandler AZ, our experience with the same sandwich was terrible; small and no taste.

Clean, friendly employees usually. Out of all the years I’ve been going here (because its practically the only place open past 7pm) I’ve had maybe 1⁄3 of my orders correct. How about we bring Taco Bell back? Or get a new fast food chain in Sedona.

Dave Thomas would rollover in his grave if he saw how his hamburgers were being made here at this Wendy’s location in Oak Creek. Cold and old french fries, cold hamburger, the place just sucks. Unfortunately every business owner in Oak Creek and Sedona knows that they have a captive audience and that they’re the only game in town so… cya tmaro: (

I probably would never give a fast food chain four stars, but I think this one goes out of its way for customers. First of all, free wifi – that right there is worth the price of a Frosty. They also patrol the dining area regularly, so it is usually very clean, and the employees are always very nice. It is clear to me that the owner/​manager really understands customer service. The salads are always really fresh, too.

How funny to write a review for Wendy’s. However, I had to take the time to say how great our experience was. We were looking for something opened past 9p and came upon Wendy’s. The service was really great. They made our food fresh and it was some of the best I’ve had.
