These guys have no talent and cannot tell the truth. I hired Eric after an unpleasant experience 9 months earlier. I only did because I need to use his storage lockers. As he did in my previous move he lied about availability. Eric came to my home to give me an estimate for moving and storage. He knew that I was putting all my possessions in storage for months. He quoted me for both moving and storage with 2 men. I have an art collection that I own custom boxes and packing blankets for. The day before the move his office girl called and told me they had no storage space and sent me a list of places I should call to make other arrangements. She also told me that because there was so much art that would require packing in their boxes that I would need 3 men.
If I had any flexibility I would have told them not to come. They showed up on time and I must say the three guys were very nice. Not talented movers or packers but very nice guys. Anyone who thinks they do good work has never had good movers. The estimate from Eric was just shy of $ 900. Moving about 20% less stuff the final bill was $ 1200. If his guys wrapped and packed well they would take more time and use more material. They would make more money while providing good work. It’s too bad that Eric prefers misleading and cheating.
If you like having your possessions abused and your money wasted just leave your doors and windows open and leave your wallet on the hood of your car at the grocery store. At least they may end up going to someone who needs it.

I’ve used many movers over last 25 years — in Sedona & Houston. People in town said these were the best. They were the worst. They did move for me in June 2012. They broke plates, BBQ pit handle, and lost my bed hardware. When I phoned them w/​these issues, owner Eric did not want to take responsibility for any of it. He was combative, ugly, completely lacked good customer service & insulting. His response was «I don’t have to help you. I don’t have to be nice to you.» His movers did not move me right. They were not careful. I do not recommend them. It’s one thing to mess up a move. As long as you make it right. One other mover over last 25 yrs, messed up stuff, but they made it right. It’s another thing entirely when you mess up, become combative & nasty, insult the customer, dismiss your responsibility, pass the buck to others w/​o listening to the story & completely lack integrity. Use A-​1 Supreme Movers. They mess up too, but they fix it w/​o problems.

We used Sedona Moving for many local moves in the Sedona and Cottonwood area. In September we used Sedona Moving to move from Cornville, AZ to San Diego, CA. Everything made it through in one piece with nothing broken. The amazing thing was that Sedona moving was about half of the price of other places that we got quoted from. The movers worked hard and put everything in its place. I would recommend them for local and cross country moves.
