Sedona Dental Arts

My appointment today at Sedona Dental Arts was another great experience from start to finish. I was welcomed by name by the friendly front staff, seated and seen promptly. Dr Bill and his assistant made me feel right at home. I look forward to my next appointed. No more fears for me!

This is the best dental place in Sedona hands down. The hygenists are professional, thorough and friendly. Dr Babcock is an excellent dentist –you’d be hard pressed to find anyone better and more personable.

My recent experience was horrible at the Sedona Dental Arts office with Dr. Babcock. He «repaired» my front tooth chip and it did not look or feel at all natural when he was done. Instead, it was iridescent and felt too thin.
It looked AWFUL!
My 11 year old son said it looked like I had onion skin on my front tooth. Then the other day while eating, it chipped again and now looks even worse! I am beyond dissatisfied and I would NEVER RECOMMEND GOING HERE. If Dr. Bill hires such inept dentists, I would never trust his judgment either. I am so disappointed. Now I must go to a periodentist to fix this ugly dentistry disaster.
Update: went and had Dr. Babcock’s dental work fixed by a Flagstaff dentist and I am SO very happy with this work.
So I know it could have been done right the first time and saved me much time and energy!

Dr Fernandez left the practice. Then, I had a long-​standing appointment with Dr Bill, but when I showed up for it, he was not available and they told me I was in excellent hands with Dr Babcock. I should have turned and run but I stayed. Thus began the long and painful and worse dental experience of my life. They put in a crown at a higher price than other dentists and it was extremely painful, during and afterwards for weeks. I spent 2 weeks on antibiotics and painkillers, unable to eat regularly or sleep even with 12 ibuprofen/​day. Dr Bill went out of town and I did not want to go back to Babcock, so I had to wait for another dentist to fit me in to work on the tooth. Beware the bait-​and-​switch method they use to put some of Dr Bill’s load onto his younger employee. For that kind of money, I expected better care.

Doesn’t get any better than this for a dental office! Wonderfully friendly staff. Top notch technology and cutting edge dentistry. I had two painless fillings, a cleaning and chipped tooth repaired. Beautiful office with breathtaking views. They are a network provider for Delta Dental which kept the cost of everything to a minimum. Can’t say enough about how terrific my experience was. I’ve been a patient at four other dental offices in Sedona but NONE compare to Sedona Dental Arts.
