Service was horrible. It was almost that they were disturbed by having customers and store wasn’t even busy. Mediocre chocolate and 3 stars for Carmel Apple. Try the fudge store across the street instead. At least they will tear you with respect.

This Rocky Mountain is similar to the ones I’ve been to in Canada. However, this one doesn’t sell the chocolate and caramel covered chocolate chip cookies. I used to get the cookies a lot but now I’m into the candied apples. I got a Rocky Road candied apple with chocolate, caramel, marshmallow and pecans. It’s really good. If you get a candied apple, make sure you ask to have it cut so it can be easier to eat.

Delicious treats and friendly quick service! Plus the place had AC and didn’t feel as stuffy as others in the area.

I haven’t had any candy from RMCF since I lived in Colorado over ten years ago. Finding this store here was SUCH a pleasant surprise. Absolutely delicious!

Best caramel apples around! I love coming here in the fall when the leaves change colors, to pick up some flavorful caramel apples and chocolate. Chewy and just perfect is the way I would describe the caramel and chocolate at Rocky Mountain. There are many different flavors of apples you can choose from. Just to name a few… Snickers, Butterfinger, M&M, Smores and of course your traditional Caramel! The employees are sincere and friendly every time you walk in!

I love this place! Have been coming here since I was a kid. Sure things are a little expensive, but when stuff is this good, it’s worth it!

Curse you, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory! It’s because of you I was bouncing off the walls all of Saturday night. Because you can’t just have one of your truffles, and the terrifically paired chocolate and chile are far too tempting. Needless to say, the three truffles I picked up barely survived the weekend. At least I still have you, giant dark chocolate peanut butter cup. :evil grin:

Best way to ruin any nutrient value an apple has. This place is amazing. Their covered apples are a meal in themselves and absolutely delicious to boot. They have a wide range of candy, fudge, and chocolate dipped goodies(nutter butters, oreos, pretzels). The staff was extremely nice every time we went too(every time implying we went back several times throughout our trip)

Smells amazing! Had to pop in once we walked by. Nice treat to enjoy while waking along the old town of Sedona.

Caramel dipped, then chocolate dipped, them almond dipped, then toffee dipped!!! Yummy divine green crunchy juicy apple… Hmmm 5 stars!!! I also got a white chocolate macadamia nut cookie but that was overcooked and just not that tasty so only 2 stars for that… They also had chocolate dipped potato chips!!! Yes you read that correct!!! I love that this chain is located around LA so if I get a craving I can easily get another little piece of heaven on a stick ;)

It’s chain that I can get at home, but I don’t go to the mall so I didn’t even know they existed before my trip to Sedona. Now I go at home a few times a year. Their chocolate is awesome and their selection is incredible. There is no reason not to stop!

Nothing beats the smell of cooking caramel as you walk by the open doors of this store! They make all of their fudge and caramel from scratch in big copper kettles and are always ready to greet you with a smile. Being a local I always go to this store because they have the best customer service and chocolate money can buy!

The caramel apples here are what’s most fun, what a variety-I love that they will cut them up for you. I only wish delights here weren’t quite so spendy-great and friendly customer service though.

Is there ever a time when a Granny Smith Apple dipped in Caramel, then Chocolate is inappropriate? Particularly when they slice it up in to bite sized pieces to be shared with the best of friends? I think not!

We were here on Sunday March 20th. Everything we bought was delicious especially the famous caramel apples! O M G! The staff was so friendly and spent extra time chatting with us about other times of the year to visit Sedona, etc. The prices may seem high but everything from the RMCF is to be savored & is of the highest quality! It was also a relief to be in one store that did NOT sell those dirt shirts! :)

The location is convenient, pricing is very affordable, staff was very friendly, and service is quick. The options are endless, and it was difficult to narrow down what I wanted. My husband and I walked here every day on our honeymoon to share a caramel apple; in fact, they were so good, I can taste it just thinking about it!
