Hired this company to clean our HVAC system with sanitize and anti bacterial. The ducts are not clean and his idea of sanitize and anti bacterial was to leave a dirty rag loaded with a pine sol type of substance in the ducts. The smell was so strong it was giving us headaches, so we removed the registers and found 3 dirty soaked rags in the ducts. Do not hire this company.

I am surprised this guy is still in business. I had a total rip off experience with him. I asked him to come back and make it right. He said he had a broken ankle and was going to declare bankruptcy. That was a couple of years ago.

Charged a lot more than I was quoted on the phone and did NOT clean the carpets or runner rugs at all. When called to tell them their system did nothing to clean the stains they were nasty and didn’t care at all. The owner promised to send me a partial refund check but it’s been well over a month and nothing. I would NOT recommend them or using Home Advantage businesses.

Worst company to work with in my life. Paid them over $ 800 to clean our tile. We specifically asked them to do the showers and they did not. Now they tell us we told them NOT to do the bathrooms. They said they sealed the grout for free with the cleaning. Whatever they put on the floor to seal the grout made the floor worse. Now any time you clean a spot on the floor you end up just smearing the spot you are trying to clean and it looks worse. My wife called them and the owner hung up on her. How is that for customer service??? Never deal with this company.
