LOVE LOVE LOVE this store! I walked in on Sunday asking for a rental for the next day and guess what??? They delivered and made my son’s day amazing!!! I didn’t think it would be possible but Jesenia wasn’t letting us walk out the door without our request. She is exceptional, a true professional in customer service and a loyal employee to her company. She was the only one working and after we arrived multiple clients came in and she handled everyone’s needs attentively and fairly. I have not had such a wonderful experience in a long time. Thank you Jesenia for everything! Also, a big shout out to John the driver for making sure our tuxedo arrived early in the afternoon for our event in the evening! I would recommend this company to everyone and anyone looking for great service, quality clothing and personal care. Thank you again JESENIA!!!

We showed up there without notice and even though she was there by herself with multiple clients
She followed through and was able to accommodate us and get my tuxedo earlier then expected

This is my 2nd experience at this Savvi location. Nora helped us the first time for my brothers wedding and the experience was so good that I decided to use her services again for my wedding. She is so very helpful and fun to work with. A true professional! Thank you Nora for everything!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. My boyfriend and I went there for a tux fitting and we were ignored for an hour. There was only one employee there helping an entire wedding party, which I understand is a big deal but when you have multiple fitting rooms, you should be helping more than one person at a time with more employees. I also understand being low staffed but we did not even get a greeting or «I will be with you as soon as I can». We were ignored and even worse, the woman snatched the fitting form out of our hands with no pleasantries exchanged at all. Customer service was non existent. Go here if you wished to be treated like cattle.

You should go get a tux here so many low prices… PROMOTIONS ARE AWESOME HERE. I love this store too much… Customer service is the greatest thing here! The manager is super nice! I adore and love this place I don’t buy tuxedos because I buy the dresses outside the store but my family members do! Buy your tuxedo here and you won’t regret it!
